• The rooms were roomy and clean. Everyone was so friendly.
• The indoor pool was too small.

“Everything was nice and clean. All personnel was nice and very helpful. The only complaint was that the pool was a bit small especially since they had a young boys soccer team staying there and the pool was very crowded.”

• I liked knowing if something was wrong I didn't have to be embarrassed to ask. they were right there.
• The water seemed to be a problem, but the front desk staff handled it. Also had to keep getting new keys.

“I stayed at the Country Inn and Suites about a month ago, I do a lot of traveling in that area because of my position on the post. I've stayed in numerous hotels, and I can honestly say this was a nice one. As soon as I checked in, Antonio was very pleasant in helping me get a room that was comfortable. At first all they had was smoking, but I guess a few had cancelled, so he put me in non smoking. He asked me if I needed anything to call him. Well since I checked in he helped me with luggage, and when I had a problem in my room, I was pretty surprised when he showed up, and fixed my shower head, I don't give out my e-mail address, but promised I would recognize him. Everyone, including the housekeepers were just amazing, this is my personal thanks to the staff.”

“My only complaint about this hotel is the mixture of smoking & non-smoking rooms right next to each other on every floor. It would make more sense to divide these rooms by floor or at least by hallway. I am allergic to smoke and it is a chore to have to walk through a smoky hallway to get to my room!”
