• Great Staff, Huge, Clean rooms, Great location.
• Pool had just a bit too much chlorine in it.

“The Staff were awesome. The room was bigger than I expected and was spotless. The continental breakfast included way more than any continental breakfast I ever had before (fresh waffles!). I will stay at this hotel every time I come back to Chattanooga.”

• The staff was friendly and courteous and the room was clean.
• The indoor pool was incredibly cold and my family did not get to enjoy it.

“The hotel was exactly what I expected. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. I would stay there again if I ever traveled to Chattanooga again.”

• I enjoyed the variety of the continental breakfast.
• I can't think of anything at this time.

“Overall it was clean, not too far from the sights we wanted to see, and there were several places to eat within minutes. The staff seemed knowledgeable about the area and sights and gave easy directions.”

• Staff was helpful in locating places of interest and in meeting needs.
• Sounds from other rooms, such as showers running. Had to wait on hotel cleaning staff to get their food at continental breakfast.

• Everything was very nice. All the convinces were wonderful.
• When I saw a roach bug in the bathroom towel basket this was not pleasant.

• Size of the suite was quite comfortable.
• Did not get my wake up call as requested. Good thing I have an internal alarm.

“Nice suite. Clean. Quite on the Saturday night we spent there. Directions from the staff from the highway were quite easy. Would absolutely consider trying another Country Inn & Suites.”

• The staff was great. The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and family friendly!
• Towels by pool were a little flimsy.

• Noisiness of neighbors and crying children.

“Hotel is clean and easily accessible to i-24 and lookout mountain. Suggest placing travelers by type of travel group: business, couple or family.”

• If anything it would be that I would build a nice fence in the back area, of the hotel that¿s the only area that doesn't well very nice at all.

• Next to good restaurant and Wal-Mart an great breakfast buffet.
• Not enough greeters/carts for luggage.

• The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, nice indoor pool Great Overall Experience.
• Nothing.

“It was a great hotel for our family's needs. It was very kid friendly - free cookies, kids books to borrow, nice indoor pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions to local attractions. The hotel also had a business center which allowed my husband to check his emails and stay connected with his business. The suite was great! It was clean, modern and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay there again in the future!”

• Lobby and breakfast area were nice.
• Failure to satisfy guest requests of changing from smoking to non-smoking room.

“Hotel has potential, but staff needs to be more guest friendly. Very unprofessional appearance when approached front desk. Employees leaning on desk and not actively working. Rooms have potential, and they have adequate space for a family to stay for an extended period.”

• I really loved having access to the Internet 24/7. It made the hotel stay that much better!
• On two occasions I found no towels or cups in the exercise room-I took towels from the swimming pool room as needed.

“I found that the hotel and staff were really good. They were helpful to me and my family during our stay in Chattanooga. They were always pleasant and willing to assist.”

• At the base of a mountain, but not a very scenic view, but it was still great.

“We got into town early, and they had a room ready for us and let us check in early. The hotel was easy to find, and very convenient to the things we wanted to do while in town. The staff was very friendly, and the room was immaculate. I would definitely stay here again.”

• The hotel had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.
• The mattress was like sleeping on a rock. I have gotten a back ache from it.

“The hotel was easy to find, easy access to restaurants. It was clean, the hotel staff were friendly. The only problem I had with the stay was that the mattress was rock hard. As a result, I now have a back ache. Other than this one issue, this was a nice stay.”
