• Leaving.
• Where to start, the smell!

“From the moment we arrived, there was trouble. The smell was throughout the hotel. We requested 2 queen size beds with a refrigerator in the room, and a pool in the hotel. The beds were full size - the manager took me to another room with 2 full size beds in an attempt to prove that they were all queen. Failed. The bedspread (which actually seemed a little big) was a full-size! The smell was horrible. The pool was nasty. And we found bugs in our room. I would never send anyone to this hotel. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at - and I travel with the military!”

• The people were all so friendly and helpful.
• They ran out of food by 9:00 and so, my 2 daughters didn't get much to eat for breakfast.

“I thought the hotel was really good and the people extra nice and friendly. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.”

• Comfortable beds and big room and bathroom.
• Ice machines were turned off the first two nights.

“The hotel room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. The express breakfast that was provided was very adequate. I would stay there again.”

• Every hotel we go to lately, you stand in a puddle of water in the tub. No problem with this hotel.
• Problem with domestic situation at 2:00 am: Police were called.

“We stayed a couple of days, due to a funeral in our family. I felt we had a decent price, but would like to see a funeral price offered. I did not ask, but should have. The upgrades were good and I felt comfortable. I have been weary of staying with all of the bed bug scares on the TV. The hotel was clean and upgraded.”

• Someone messing with room door for hours complained didn't help.

“Even had footprints outside my door in snow (according to hotel staff) and the didn't inform police.”

• The pool and whirlpool were excellent. We loved the warm temperature of the pool water.
• We had no dislikes.

“ I could have gotten my rooms for $40 less had I gone directly through them and unless you reimburse me the $40 I'm out, I will not be using it again--and I will be telling all my friends that you are not cheaper!”

• Old and not well maintained.
