• The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming.
• My room was unclean and unsanitary.

“I had a horrible experience at this hotel; the room was dirty and smelly. The carpet had not been vacuumed and there was a ring in the shower as it was not cleaned from the previous guest. To top it all off the linens on the beds were atrocious. We found hair on the pillow cases and sunflower seeds in the bed. From what I could gather the cleaning staff did not clean this room or changed the linen, they simply remade the beds and placed clean towels in the shower area. Now I have to admit the hotel staff was very accommodating; they were very apologetic and down right embarrassed. Not only did they place me in a cleaner room but they upgraded my accommodations; hats off to the hotel staff. I personally will not visit this hotel again, but the hotel staff did manage to save my trip and keep it from becoming a complete catastrophe.”

• Comfortable bedding, dorm fridge, microwave, coffee maker.
• Outdated; tiles, paint etc. needed replaced; low water pressure, toilet even stopped up just on paper; bathroom very dirty; unprofessional housekeeping.

“This hotel was unlike any Holiday Inn Express with which we have ever stayed. The whole thing needed updates and small repairs seemed to be in need all over the building. In our room alone we had tile missing in our bathroom, mold spots on the ceilings, caulking around the entire perimeter of the tub had been torn off and the tub floor was completely stained. The bathroom floor had hair all over it, the toilet base looked as if there was dried urine and hair on it; the shower walls were dirty as well with hair and something that resembled snot on the wall! I did like the bedding and the fact that the room had a dorm fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. As we were leaving, some of the housekeeping staff was on rocking chairs smoking in the front of the main entrance of the hotel which seemed a little unprofessional and a tacky first impression to people entering the building. The front desk staff was friendly, however. For the money we spent there, I was disappointed though and do not ever plan on spending another stay at that hotel.”

• Staff friendly, convenient location for Conway and myrtle beach.
• Bathroom needed upgraded, could not take a bath. Needed internet, but couldn't get.

“Hotel would have been much nicer if it had a decent bath. Only one computer for customers to use. Staff very friendly.”

• Location was fine but entrance and exiting was tricky.

“Easy access to Conway for the river front boardwalk and history trail. Not far from myrtle beach, nice hotel for the money. Traffic very heavy but it was spring break.”

• Nothing.
• The hotel was close to nothing. It was dirty. It was stunk and the staff there when we arrived was asleep in a chair.

“it was not the holiday inn I expected. we have always stayed at holiday inns on vacation and never seen one like this one. I was very disappointed!!!”
