“Overall, I was happy with the room. It was very convenient to the Zoo, which was our reason for the trip. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, but it was cold. Fridge and microwave were also nice touches. Hot breakfast was edible. Only negative was the beds, they were very uncomfortable.”

“This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. It was clean, well lit, had microwave and fridge as well as good breakfast. Amenities were replaced every day and people were friendly and efficient. I plan to return if in the area.”

“Room was not ready when arrived to check in. We were told that breakfast was from 7 10 am. At 9:00 we were told that breakfast was over and we could not eat. The room key stopped working at 10:00 and check out was at 11:00. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.

“The hotel was overall very nice for a 2-star hotel. I am accustomed to staying in 3-star hotels, so this hotel was sub par for that. The breakfast was a nice benefit, got scrambled eggs and sausage links as well as hot, freshly-made waffles. The hotel seemed pretty deserted when we were there, made it very quiet (which was very nice).”

“We were lead to believe that our room was going to have three beds. When we arrived it only had two beds. When I showed the hotel clerk our reservation form he replied that the ad was very misleading. If they know that it is misleading then it should be changed. The room was very nice we were just mislead as to believe the number of beds we were suppose to receive in our suite.”

“Very good location close to all the sites in pigeon forges without all of the traffic. I was able to get a very good price here when most of the hotels in pigeon forge and Gatlinburg were full.”

“The hotel is easy to find, right off the interstate with a friendly staff. There are fast-food restaurants nearby as well as a very nice restaurant in front. The rooms are very nice with soft and comfortable beds and a nice desk and chair to complete paperwork. A good, warm breakfast is included in the price.”

“It's a very nice and clean hotel. The lobby is very pretty and the rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was just adequate, but overall a very good value for the price I paid.” Amenities at Best Western Strawberry Inn, Knoxville
