• Very noisy and that made it hard to sleep.

“I believe we should have gotten the lower rate especially after we complained to the hotel staff. We will not stay there again.”

“5 women checked in at 12 midnight - great new gal Jennifer. Arrived back at 5 am to find none of our keys worked and the machine was down to put us up in another room. Great Jennifer has to come up and open our door to find our window wide open, a towel, a beer can, and our pizza gone. Little scary. Now the hotel is calling the people in the other room that stole our pizza (wrapper found) but they have not returned the call. Let's see if someone knew they did something wrong do you think you would call them and admit wrong doing? And now they are asking if we shut the door tight or not. Let's see, all other hotels I have been at, the door shuts by it. Besides, why would 5 women openly leave their door open to allow anyone in? I just received my credit card bill and was charged the full rate. I am very upset along with my friends. I am a business owner myself and know how I would have handled this, and maybe this is why I am so upset, because as of right now the hotel is making us feel like this whole thing was our fault, because this has never happened before. Do you know there is always a first? Other than all of this the breakfast was great, and again Jennifer went out of her way to accommodate us. I usually love American until this incident happened. We are not guilty, nor drunk like the boys in 219. Thank you. P.s. If they are read before hand I am sure you will not publish this which is sad. I think people deserve to hear this. I'm not sure who owns this American but I believe something should be done about this.”
