Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[8] • Location:[7]

  • Underground parking and nice décor.
  • Channels 4 and 5 had no sound on the TV.

“This was a good value, and I'm surprised it's only a 2-star rating. I would give it higher. The breakfast was very good - much more than just a continental type. Clean and comfortable.”

Cleanliness:[5] • Staff:[5] • Location:[7]

  • Fairly close to museums.
  • The complementary breakfast was a bit of a logistical problem.

“Basic, clean room for overnight. A little noisy, at least on our floor. Very close to the dome, and close enough for daytime walk to museum area, but wouldn't feel comfortable walking at night.”

  • The breakfast buffet was hot and excellent, we were expecting continental breakfast, but it was a hot full breakfast buffet.
  • The security of the building, parking garage and access to hotel floors was extremely poor. Very insecure feeling at this hotel.

“Very poor security. The parking garage security gate was never closed. Anyone could drive or simply walk into the garage. There was no need to put your "key" into any type of security gate opener. Then you had free and complete easy access to the elevator of the hotel. You did not have to use your "key" to have access to the elevator. From the glass windowed elevator you could go to any floor of the hotel. Anyone watching from outside the hotel could easily see which floor you exited the elevator. They could easily then follow you to your hotel floor. There was extremely seriously inadedequate security issues at this hotel. I would choose to never stay at this hotel for this reason again.”

  • Only elevators available to get to each floor; not good if you're afraid of them.

“The hotel was quite nice and the staff was very friendly, helpful, and had a great sense of humor. Only main improvement would be to have stairs accessible for guests who are uncomfortable using elevators.”

  • Underground parking.
  • No laundry machines.

“Nice enough hotel. Would be the place to stay if you are attending a Tacoma Dome event. Otherwise, there's nothing nearby. Ask for a room on the west side if you want a view.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[7] • Location:[8]

  • Clean, newer, and free breakfast
  • No swimming pool, we had young children it would have been nice.

“Call ahead to request a view of the bay, or you will overlook the back side of the Tacoma dome. Easy to get to from I-5.”

  • Excellent location near downtown Tacoma; near light rail; good continental breakfast; and parking garage.
  • Hard to use stairway; more space to lay out luggage would be nice.

“This hotel is near the Tacoma dome arena and is linked to downtown Tacoma via light rail. We used it for a business/leisure visit. Decent continental breakfast and service. Beds comfortable, microwave and fridge convenient. Space a little tight to put suitcases.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[6] • Location:[9]

  • Close to downtown Tacoma with low rates.
  • A staff member knocked on my door and before I could answer they walked in my room. also I came back late that night and my key card would not work.

“I like the hotel and its location, I have stayed their before Living to the north and my girlfriend to the south and most of are friends living in the Tacoma area the hotel is convenient for us. The two incidents at the hotel has me wondering if I want to stay their again”
