• they were very helpful and upgradad us with out question
• there was a fire one night and we were not offered a discount for the inconvience

• Nice location and a clean place to stay.
• The room was smaller than what I thought I was getting. But the staff easily upgraded us at an extra charge.

• Convenient location, easy access to main highway or major roads. Access to restaurants and shopping.
• Hotel was very good. Nothing to add regarding this question.

• Needs hooks in bathroom.

• Friendly staff cleans, comfortable.
• Surprised there wasn't shampoo in the bathroom.

“I had never stayed at a Microtel before, and I won't have a problem staying there again. It has everything you need. Great price for room, fitness room and continental breakfast.”

• Cleanest hotel we've ever stayed at.
• Everything was super. Can't be beat.

“Microtel was a new experience for us and if there's one where we're going, we'll always stay there in the future. This chain is top-notch in every respect --caring, attentive staff, absolutely the cleanest place, orthopedic mattresses with three plump king size pillows per bed. Can't say enough good things about this hotel.”

• The outside upkeep of the motel.
• No sample shampoos.

“The Microtel had a well kept exterior. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was a very nice array. The rooms were a bit small but very adequate for the price. It was a very clean motel.”
