• No one on counter when we arrived. Had to phone a person. She was rude when she came out of back room.

• Very nice feel to the hotel :good decor in reception, corridors and rooms. Rooms and petite suites good size. Friendly staff.
• Only complaint - water in outside pool too cold but was January.

“Very good position in Mesquite and not a casino. Excellent position opposite Falconridge Golf Course. Very good size rooms and very good decor. Reasonable hot breakfast.”

• Breakfast bar good.

“I've stayed two times at the Falcon ridge hotel. The first visit could not have been better the room had a view and very comfortable. I wanted to treat my wife with a stay there. The second stay I was disappointed almost from the start. The room cost more and several steps down from what I expected. First the room wasn't what I had the first time and the view was of a road and a cement wall. The staff was indifferent.”

• Was so close to where I needed to be/comfortable/nice.

“The hotel was great. Rooms comfortable and clean. Would stay again and again. Breakfast was good and nice to have. Overall, stay was really good.”

• Nice view and clean rooms.
• No bar or restaurant.

“Probably the best hotel in Mesquite, but no bar, restaurant or gambling. On the top of a hill with nice view and the rooms were clean.”

• Pretty decorated lobby new clean rooms convenient parking safe.
• Pool was small not enough chairs.

• The room was big and airy. The staff was friendly.
• Pool was cold and small.

• Room was very nice and pool was small but excellent. Well maintained, overall.
• Should have large pool towels on request. Need real glasses In room, not plastic.

“We were only there one niter, but were Impressed with the cleanliness and friendly staff. The pool area Is great, though small. They should provide beach size pool towels. The exercise room needs more equipment such as a standard exercise as well as recumbent. The room was great, but would have preferred glass glasses rather than plastic.”

• Microwave, coffeemaker, and fridge in the room. Also pool being open 24 hours was a plus.
• Evening front desk clerk acted like we were bothering her.

“It was nice to be in Mesquite and not have to deal with the casinos. The 24-hour pool and hot tub were a major plus. All the room amenities were outstanding. We'll definitely stay at Falcon Ridge again.”

• The hotel bumped us up to a suite to accommodate our need for 2 beds; supplying breakfast is a big bonus!
• The pool was very cold, so small children couldn't stay in it too long. Even though it was 110 degrees outside!

“We were very happy with our first stay at the hotel and thrilled to stay there again as we were journeying home. The rooms were clean and the included breakfast was nice. They did seem short staffed at the checking/out counter though.”

• Clean room. Ceiling fan.
• Terrible hotel staff.

“Unprofessional hotel staff. Will not accommodate the business traveler. Don't stay here if you are traveling on business or at least don't expect anything. ”
