“Overall horrible experience. We have been staying at the Flamingo every visit to Laughlin since they opened in 1990 and always had a good time and were well taken care of. New ownership so far really sucks. took away every small amenities (no more coffee pot in room and not even an ink pen & pad in the rooms) and charging more. 3.00 more per night "resort fee" which we were not quoted of at the time of our reservation. We were told that was a fee charged for the use of their pool and fitness room which we were not going to use anyway. Not told of their new 15.00 per day boat parking fee which is ridiculous to charge anyone who is staying at your resort and spending $$ gambling in your casino. Dirty stained carpet in room, smelly room, smelly halls & elevators, horrible buffet, not friendly service from employees. Great view of the roof. Heard that there is a remodel of millions of dollars upcoming, well that's badly needed and great but I hate to see what kind of room rates and extra charges they will unload on their customers then. talked to a supervisor who was of no use. He was a major "yes man" and just agreed with every complaint but offered no help. We will NEVER patronize their establishment ever again or any others which are owned by the same corp. ”

“I would never go back to this restaurant. This was the worst experience. I would NEVER stay at the Flamingo. I hated everything about the experience. I was appalled at the filth of the carpet.”

“Although the staff was very nice, the long wait to check in (well over an hour with only three people staffing their check in desk) was frustrating. The rooms are adequate (no clock, minimum towels, barely clean). The worst part was the construction in the hallway at 4:00 am. We couldn't wait to check out and get back on the road.”

“The food is good but the lobby and whole casino area is so smoky that it burns your eyes and nose. My daughter is pregnant, and the smoke made her nausea. We are both ex smokers and normally the smoke doesn't bother us. But they need to get some smoke eaters and it wouldn't hurt to have a smoke free area to play.”
