“We had an incredible time! It was our 10th wedding anniversary and it was well worth it to stay at Caesars. The room was romantic and we were instantly upgraded to a fantastic mini-suite! That made the weekend the best ever!”

“I was disappointed in the quality of the room we had. It was not as modern as I had expected it to be for Caesar's Palace. There were places on the room walls and doors (and in the hallway) that were scuffed up and dinged.”

“Room was clean but a very poor location (see above). We had a sit down breakfast in the hotel. The service was very slow, the meal not cooked to order (was sent back) a lot of excuses about being short of help and the bill took for ever to get to the table (paid cash) more excuses of being shot of help.”

“Nice hotel. We asked if it was possible to get an upgrade and they said sure! We had a huge room and 2 bathrooms which was really nice since there were 3 of us. The shower did spill water all over the floor so do not put your clothes on the floor like I did, they were soaked! Also, the shower is accessible from both bathrooms but the doors are clear so you can look into both bathrooms. (We put towels on the doors but we also needed the towels to shower and to clean up the water on the floor.) Overall, we enjoyed our stayed. The beds were super comfortable and so were the sheets. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. We stayed in the palace tower.”

“I was very disappointed in the room. The lining in the tub was peeled off and the beds were uncomfortable. The view from the room window was terrible and there was trash all along the balcony. Not at all what I expected. I travel to Vegas on business and pleasure several times a year and would probably not stay at this hotel again.”

“Everything was top notch except for check-in. Other than that it was great, food was way too expensive. Had to go elsewhere to eat. Breakfast was $48 plus a tip. Ridiculous. We're not rich nor are we celebrities. I would return though.”

“I took my granddaughter for her 21st Birthday. We had a blast. Everyone carded her and acknowledged her birthday. We had a wonderful time. A birthday she will never forget. The hotel is beautiful. So much to see.”

“WE LOVED THIS HOTEL, GOT FANTASTIC SUITE IN AUGUSTO TOWER FOR A REASONABLE RATE, AMAZING VALET, PARKING WAS FREE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. WILL CERTAINLY STAY HERE AGAIN. DINING IN HOTEL PRICY THOUGH MAY CHECK OTHER PLACES”

“When I checked in they did not a non smoking room, so the gave me an upgrade to a suite that was in a new tower and assured me that it had not yet been smoked in.”

“This place is absolutely gorgeous! It makes you feel like royalty! There is a flat screen TV in the bathroom, right next to the Jacuzzi tub - I think that was the best part! It would have been a wonderful room for a romantic getaway but my two kids thought it was pretty cool. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Caesars Palace intentionally cancelled my room for Thursday, Oct 26th because they thought they confirmed me at rate that was too low. My feeling is that a deal is a deal. How can you cancel someone after a reservation is confirmed? You really start to lose trust in the management staff that allows this to happen. I looked for over 3 hours for another room. It really messed up my day.”

“Hotel is great but they cancelled my room for Thursday night without asking if it was OK. No it's not OK because I needed that room because my plane wasn't going back until Friday at 10:30 AM. I looked and looked for a room. Why did you just cancel my room? It really left a bad feeling in my heart about your hotel. ”
