“I love Ceasars in Vegas. Great location, interesting art and aesthetics, and the price was great. I'd stay here again because of the location, the proximity to the Forum shops, and the aesthetic of the hotel.”

“I really wanted to like Caesars Palace, because of all I've heard about it and for the fairly positive reviews. We waited in line 45 minutes to check in, which is normal (unfortunately) for an average four star hotel. The room was comparable to any middle of the road Inn-basically nothing special. It was clean, but terribly out-dated. I ordered a blanket to be sent up to the room at 12am, and housekeeping knocked on my door at 3am to deliver the blanket, waking me up. Again, I still refrained from complaining, knowing this might have been normal for a 4 star Vegas hotel on a busy weekday. I was to receive a $50 credit as part of the booking deal of a two night stay. I was told at the front desk that they would apply it directly to the room. When I checked out, there was no credit, and when I spoke to three different people (including the supervisor), they told me it was a food and beverage credit, and that I was out of luck because I didn't spend it. I told them what I was told, that upon check in, it would be applied to the room. She said nothing of it being a food and beverage credit. Not only did they not care, but were snide and rude about it. I simply couldn't believe at that point that a multi-million dollar company like Caesar's Palace would take no responsibility for a mistake made by their staff member in such a small amount to ensure customer satisfaction. The response I was given, and, more so, the manner in which it was delivered made me speechless. I could almost have understood their hands being tied because of an inept staff member, but had they been polite, I would not have felt so mistreated. Unfortunately I can't recommend this hotel. I've stayed in MANY Vegas hotels and have never been treated like this. The only positive thing about this hotel (compared to the others) is the location, but that's not a hard thing to come by in Vegas. Book at your own risk, and hope you don't have to make a complaint-believe me, it won't be answered or treated with respect.”

“For the full Vegas experience, Caesar's is perfect. It's kitschy, gaudy and over-the-top. It's also still comfortable and on the higher end of the strip. Has a great mall, fun club and many restaurants all under one roof. Good overall value.”

“The hotel itself is nice and is located in the middle of the strip. Expensive straight down to the $7.00 coffee. The front desk staff could use a little more cheer and seemed overworked.”

“We stayed in a basic room, and it was very clean, the bathrooms were very nice, the staff was friendly, and it was in a perfect location, right in the center of the strip. All the restaurants we ate at there were superb, and the casino was a lot of fun, and the hotel in general was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Vegas!”

“The quality of the rooms varies greatly (avoid the older towers), and service often borders on the surly. Check-in lines for the average traveler are inexplicably long, and the spa is painfully sub-par when compared to its competitors. On balance, it beats most of the Harrah's properties - which cater more toward the mid-range player than whales. The location is nonpareil, and the pool is better than most. It's not really a place for the younger crowd.”

“Be aware, if you move or lift any of the guest room mini bar item, the sensor will send this message to the computer and you will be charged for it, even though you did put it back in place. Hotel front desk stuff will not wait for the inventory of the mini bar in your room, they will charge your credit card after check out time.”

“A great place to stay overall. The restaurants were fantastic although a bit pricey. Perfect location on the strip. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room could have used a little updating. The casino was very clean.”

“The room was pleasant with nice bed linens, but the towels are so rough that they feel like sandpaper. We found that the volume of smokers in the casino very overwhelming and wondered why there are not better gambling options for the rising number of non-smokers. The slots were really tight, but the serving staff kept the drinks flowing freely and the liquor was higher quality than at other casinos.”

“As first time visitors to Vegas, my daughter and I came to see shows, shop, and gamble. Although we visited as many other casinos as possible we could have easily satisfied all our desires right there at Caesars. We thought the Roman themed decor was just fabulous, not tacky like some of the others we saw. The place was huge but thanks to the maps provided, not hard to navigate. We liked that it was centrally located on the strip. We'd stay there again.”

“I expected more from an institution like Caesars. The room was very large, but not very special and the bathroom could have been in any chain motel. The property, of course, is immense and has tons of choices for dining and shopping. We did wait an inordinate amount of time for breakfast, but once seated, the service was prompt and the food good.”

“It was convenient for where I needed to be. The room was pleasant enough. It was not worth the price considering there were lots of other cheaper options nearby.”

“Our room was very large and beautiful. The bed was luxurious as was the bath. Great view and fun atmosphere. Great shopping and dining. We did not gamble but there was a great casino there.”

“When we checked in, the clerk asked if we wanted to upgrade the room. We had no reason to believe it was necessary. Until we got to the room. It was tiny, had a view of a cement wall and not at all what we wanted. We called the desk immediately and upgraded to a much nicer room for an additional $40.00 per night.”

“The lobby, casino, spa, and shops are in great shape. My room was in the older tower. I was offered an upgrade at the hotel for an extra $ a night which would include a flat screen TV, standard for most upscale hotels. The spa is wonderful, and the massage I had there outstanding. Food and drinks can be very expensive.”

“Real big nice hotel if you like the Roman motif. Fantastic pool and the staff were friendly. Room was clean and well maintained. Price is good for the strip and for a more deluxe hotel. Good selection of food although a bit pricey. My only real complaint is the pay internet. I mean, c'mon. I can go to cheap hotels off the strip and get free internet.”

“Its Caesars Palace, you expect grand but you don't realize it until you actually step inside of incredible it is! I would stay there again anytime. Another plus, its central on the strip so you can walk either way to find something to do.”
