“We booked & paid for 2 double bed non-smoking room, but we ended up in 1 bed in a stinky room. We had to fight it, we called the supervisor who moved us to a 2 full bed non-smoking, no view.”

“Hotel needs to be updated! The hallway had room service trays that were not cleaned up for 4 days! Broken glass in the hallway that was not cleaned up. Overall, not impressed with this hotel and will never stay there again.”

“This hotel is very dated. It is a depressing place to walk into with the smoky atmosphere and dark, loud casino right in the lobby where you check in. The bedding looked updated, but the rest of the room was old-looking and didn't feel clean. There were hairs on the floor in the bathroom when we arrived. I was glad to save money when I booked the room, but wish I'd paid a little more and stayed somewhere nicer. I definitely would not recommend this hotel.”

“Hotel is well located, facilities are ok, the only problem that I confronted is that in the room the AC was turning on and off every 5 minutes to save energy and it was very difficult to sleep during the night with all that noise every time the units will turn on.”

“Hotel was beautiful, but housekeeping needs to vacuum under tables & against walls, clean off counters everyday and clean under cabinets in bathroom - found a nose strip and be cleaner with remote control - very funky, lamps stained with beverage of some sort.”

“Being on the center of the strip this hotel has a fantastic location! But that is about it. They will charge you $13 a day for internet. Would you decided to go to the hotels fitness center then it will cost you another $22 and they even charge you $3 per day to use the in-room safe! That is quite a bit of money to stay in a 30 years old hotel that have started to show some wear and tear, like the elevator doors to the south tower that were malfunctioning for the duration of our stay. Another huge minus was the closed buffet, as it seemed for good, according to the concierge as we were sent to the Paris buffet. One look at the line of hundreds of people was enough to send us off elsewhere where we could get food the same day. Bottom line even if the hotel has an awesome location and I have stayed there before (when everything was still included). I won't go back.”

“First let me say that the hotel is in a great location and the rooms and the facility are clean. Now let me get into the rest. The room had a broken outlet that was half hanging out of the wall, the outlet in the bathroom was barely in as well. There were two broken tiles in the bathroom and the lamp between the beds was broken. I arrived the hotel and they told me that no King beds were available, I would need to take two queen beds or upgrade to a Suite for an extra $25 a day. I took the two queen beds. Vegas is really a place for adults, and not so much for children. I was a little disappointed when for 5 of the 7 days, I was in Vegas, that the family in the room next to me would get up at 6:45 am and the kids would run crazy and jump off the beds (I can only assume). Several calls to the hotel staff and several thumps on the wall called the situation down a little bit. but still I was awake every morning at 6:45am. Bally's is not really that nice, rooms are dated, but clean. I have kids and are taking them to Vegas. Then stay at Bally's. If you are an Adult and not interested in getting up at 7am every day I would suggest that you stay at a more nicer hotel. Next time I go to Vegas I will stay at either the Caesar Palace or the Venetian. The customer service was poor. My stay in Vegas went from being excited to being there to wanting to go home after 4 days. The last 3 days was pure misery.”
