• The staff was very friendly.
• There was limited parking which was also shared with an Applebee's.

“The hotel was spotless; the staff was friendly and outgoing. They had an outstanding pool area and gym. Continental breakfast was above expectations. The only downside was the limited parking area that was shared with an Applebee's restaurant (not connected to the hotel).”

• Extremely helpful staff and
  brand new mattresses.

“Not being as close to the Mall of America, the staff here shows they really appreciate your business by going out of their way to be helpful. Our room was perfectly clean and they had just replaced the mattresses. The TV was of good size for a hotel and they had the full complement of channels. Room fridge was very handy. I used the wireless internet and mostly had no problems with reception. continental breakfast was outstanding with one feature daily that you would not normally find on continental (eg sausage gravy & biscuits).”

• Indoor pool, complimentary breakfast that didn't run out of food before everyone had eaten. Close to highway. Hot tub.
• Could hear children running or jumping in room above us.

“We liked the sitting room in the lobby with warm fire place. There was a blizzard that night and the fireplace was cozy. Breakfast area was clean with plenty of food and attentive staff. Pool area was well lit with nice patio furniture on which to sit and visit. Applebee's restaurant across the lot was close and handy.”

• Comfortable beds, nice pool area, welcoming reception area, and spacious rooms.
• Housekeeping could improve in attitude and effort.

“Enjoyed our room - clean, comfortable, spacious. Nice breakfast area pool area. Room was not cleaned on Saturday. We removed our Do Not Disturb at 10:30 am and left the room for the day at 11:30 am and checkout was posted as Noon. But our beds were not made; garbage and wet towels not removed, bathroom not cleaned upon return at 6 pm. Got new towels and garbage bags only. Floor was not vacuumed once in the four days we were there. Staff needs some training! Coffee pot was used Fri. am and not cleaned out on Fri., Sat. or Sun. Counter top not wiped once in 4 days. Room itself nicely decorated, new beds and carpets.”

• The room was clean and very pleasant and the staff was wonderful . We also felt very safe.
• We liked everything about this hotel.

“We were very happy with the hotel and would certainly use this hotel again and while traveling would stay at other country inns and suites. We felt very comfortable and the staff could not do enough.”

• The staff was great, pool was great! Very Clean.
• Parking was somewhat difficult, had to park along ways from door.

“Very nice hotel! Staff was friendly, our kids loved the pool. Very clean, very quiet. Parking was a little bit frustrating, as there is a restaurant in the same parking lot. But overall, great hotel!”
