• Lowest price.
• "Breakfast" was non-existent. Lobby did not even open until 8:00AM.

“For the price, it was all you can expect. But the "breakfast" did not exist, unless you count 2 boxes of unopened Resin Bran on a shelf in the foyer. No tables to eat the cereal. Obviously, this is an old hotel that has been fixed up and painted, but still is a far cry from more than one star.”

• Staff was very friendly and tried to help.
• Phone calling area extremely limited (local).

“ Staff was very nice - hotel had undergone some renovations, but still felt kind of tired and worn. The phone was problematic, as I use ""dial-up"" and the area had no local access numbers - I had feared a huge phone bill the next morning, but was delighted when it was just a couple of buck. Again - the folks who run this hotel were all very nice - but very limited number of towels, 2 of 4 lamps not working, the phone thing, and it just didn't seem clean (although the bathroom - which had been recently remodeled - was spotless) - overall - this is not a hotel I will likely use again.”

• Room was clean.
• A guest from another room sat in front of our room door for over an hour.

“Room was clean. Staff was ok but not helpful. They advertised continental breakfast but all they had was coffee and Frosted Flakes cereal. Not located near anything for kids.”
