• Good price for a holiday weekend and close to food stops and Seneca Lake Wine Trail.
• No elevator to second floor. Limited continental breakfast in dated public room/lobby.

“Good location with some amenities such as micro fridge and reportedly free Wi-Fi. But property is dated with high staff turnover and dated rooms and public areas. Acceptable for a stay if low-priced.”

• Nothing.
• Visible mold. Dirty ice bucket.

“This hotel was so bad, we didn't stay. Our room had visible mold on the bathroom facet and tub. Our ice bucket did not have a plastic bag and the ice bucket itself was dirty. Our mattress looked visibly dirty. There was no locked entry into the hotel, anyone could enter which was concerning for our safety.”

• The distance from Hobart/William Smith was great and it was clean.
• The room was a little smelly.

“I didn't mind staying at this motel. My room was clean, including the bathroom. I was a little nervous that the door to the parking lot was not locked so anyone could have access. I only stayed for one night.”

• Great location.
• Moldy bath tub, someone chasing us down for an iron.

“Hotel was in a great location, but bath tub was moldy, screen fell out of bath window, window was stuck half open, although the rest of the room was clean. Room did have a fridge and microwave. As we were driving to lobby to check out and return an iron we used, someone came running in front of the car to make sure we were not stealing the iron! Use as a last resort!”

• Poor service, rude attitude, will not stay there any more.

• There is nothing good to report about this hotel
• They gave our room away prior to our arrival!

“I would not recommend this hotel to any living person. Nothing but a rip off with below average accommodations and most of all hard to find where they where located!”

• The pillows were nice.
• Wasn't the right room.

“They gave me wrong bed size, The A/C didn't work to well, The bathroom sink leaked and the tub was clogged. Their TV wasn't in color. and the room smelt of a bad odor.”
