• Very clean place. Enjoyed the quality of the room.
• Did not think it was very nice to see employees sleeping on the love seats.

“I stained over a weekend for a trip with my family. I was very surprised to see 2 female employees asleep on the love seats in the foyer. Not a very good place to sleep. During the weekend, on Saturday, there were 2 female employees working in the whole hotel cleaning the rooms. Were the two sleeping suppose to be working? Couldn't find any help, very noisy during the day. I did love the fact that the lady that were cleaning did a very wonderful job. No complaints in that area. I stained the weekend of September 1-3rd. Would recommend to other friends/family, if the staff was not so rude. ”

• The two (I believe Indian) lady cleaning my room.
• The manager, she seemed snooty.

“Housekeeping was great, the lady that cleaned my room were excellent Little blond gal (manager I believe) was very rude to employees while customers were around. Front desk lady was wonderful! If I was not treated so rudely by the manager, Might have received a better score for staff.”

• Location, convenience.
• I requested non smoking and had a smoking room.

“It was a convenient and pleasant. It was but a way station in my travels. I wanted nonsmoking.”
