- Our third stay in OC at this hotel in the past 8 years, convenient to everything. Excellent changing rooms. Courteous and accommodating staff.
- Did not like staying on first floor.
“In our opinion one of top three on Boardwalk. Excellent changing facilities for last day stay past checkout. Staff meets all questions and requests promptly.”

- Pool need to be more organized.
“This hotel was clean and quiet. The only problem was that hotel guests would "save" seats at the pool by placing an unused pool towel on a bunch of seats so they had a place to sit when they came down in the afternoon for some sun. I think the hotel should do a better job of not allowing people to save seats when they aren't going to be at the pool for hours. Also an added bonus they had free laundry rooms. That's right it was free. Vending machines were also inexpensive. It was 50 cents for a soda which I thought was great for families! Perfect location on the boardwalk!”
