• The pool and free breakfast was great.
• The cleaning people totally forgot us one day and we had no fresh towels.

“Very nice but the cleaning staff was inconvenient and totally forgot us and left envelopes all over the room to hint that they get tips,I thought that was rude and uncalled for.Room was smaller than we thought..no table for my family to eat at in the room. Common areas were clean but the room was not.”

• The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

“The hotel was very clean. Everyone one was very friendly and I would definitely go back. The location was great and the beds were very comfortable, except for the pillows.”

• Service was great, had problem with room so they upgraded us.
• The wireless internet didn't work for us, don't know if it was our computers or not.

“Service was great! Close to boardwalk so it was very convenient to keep busy. Had problems with the internet, not sure if it was our computers or them but that was the only bad experience we had.”

• Clean, spacious rooms.
• No space for breakfast.

“Room was clean, spacious and comfortable, above what was expected. On the other hand, space for breakfast was very, very small. Had to wait 15 to 20 min each day for 3 days in a row to get a table. Personnel was very business friendly and amicable, but did not help when requesting simple items such as a can opener.”

• The pool would have been great for kids. Free breakfast was nice as well.
• Bath tub appeared dirty. Looks dingy. Also breakfast hours were kind of short. Who wakes up that early on vacation?

• Clean, nice room with refrigerator and microwave, very friendly & polite staff, very nice pool for the kids.

“New building, very clean, nice, friendly staff, plenty of parking, excellent pool for the kids with life guard on duty. Only trade off is that it is about 1 mile from the beach, but this can also be a good thing (quieter). There is a shuttle and plenty of inexpensive beach parking if you drive there. I would stay there again and would recommend it to a friend. It was a good value. You won't be sorry!”

• The staff was extremely pleasant and I loved the complementary breakfast. It was much more than a continental breakfast.
• I liked everything.

“Quiet, convenient location, near everything, nice room and pool. Highly recommend this hotel. Great alternative to staying on or near the Boardwalk. Would stay here again.”

• It was clean and great staff.
• The area for breakfast needs to be larger and more variety.

“Overall it was a nice hotel. Staff was great. Only compliant was the dinning area was too small. They could use one more waffle maker. Waiting in line to make a waffle ridiculous.”

• The bed was SO comfortable and had plenty of pillows.
• There was no bath mat.

“It's hard to find a clean, comfortable hotel in Ocean City, but this one was sand-free and didn't feel like it had a layer of grime over everything. I was actually impressed.”

• No restaurant on site, continental breakfast area to small and garbage not taken care of right away.

“The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was excellent. My biggest complaint is we thought it was on the boardwalk by the ocean, but it's not. The clerk told us we aren't the first to have that complaint.”

• They put me in wrong type room.

“I had reservations for 2 queen non smoking and after complaining they said all they had was a king non smoking, so 3 of us slept in that bed and after a restless night they put me in a king with a sleeper sofa. 3 rooms in 2 nights on 3 floors and I still never received a 2 queen non smoking.”

• Beautiful, comfortable room - exceeded my expectations, very helpful, friendly staff, great breakfast options.
• My room was just down the hall from the lobby, not much privacy from traffic.

“The hotel was more than I expected for the price. My room was very comfortable with lots of space and Internet access for business. It was near many restaurant choices of varying price range with the added feature of outlets across the street.”
