• The rooms were clean and neat. The bed linens were clean and fresh smelling and there were plenty of towels.
• At 3:30 am on Saturday morning there were some rather noisy guest who kept us awake until 5 am and the hotel did nothing about this.

“The location was good, the people nice, but the fact that they allowed drunk nosey guest to run around the motel at all hours of the early morning and I mean 2-5am was very upsetting especially for women traveling alone.”

• It was right across the street from my primary destination.
• They gave my room to somebody else after I already checked into it.

• That it had all of the amenities.
• There was nothing, the hotel was what I expected.

• It was conveniently located near all the spots we were visiting.
• It was outdated. It needs to be remodeled.

“I travel frequently but I didn't do my homework when I booked this hotel. This was a spur of the moment trip. The rooms smelled. When I needed extra towels, the hotel attendant said that there was a shortage on towels and she wasn't allowed to give out extras. I had not been in a hotel in over ten years that didn't have an ironing board and hair dryer until my visit to the Quality Inn. We couldn't adjust the shower head so the water was very forceful coming out. The one good thing is that the water remained hot. The remote control to the TV did not work. You live and learn. This was my first and last stay at a Quality Inn.”
