“Very relaxing. Cheap, but worth a lot more than what we spent. Workers were very nice.”

“The pull out bed was very uncomfortable and the room was not cleaned daily. The beds were made and toiletries restocked, but not cleaned.”

“This was a nice hotel and I would very likely stay here again, although, I would probably not stay in the type of room I did this last time. The room was too small.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Country Inn and Suites in Arlington. This hotel more than met my expectations and my family and I plan on staying there again on future trips. The continential breakfast was more than just day old donuts and muffins. The staff made fresh waffle mix for customers to prepare their own waffles, made sure everything was full and provided breakfast items for those on diets as well. This hotel also offered an afternoon leisure hour which provided cold beer, wine, and snacks. This was a wonderful experience. One thing that really impressed my family was the fact that the hotel provided pool side towels, so we did not have to use up all of our rooms towels. Everything was kept clean and tidy. The only problem I saw was the fitness room equipment was not all in working order.”

“This hotel, which is rated at three stars, is an absolute dump and is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel advertises itself as a "suites facility" though we were assigned a room with one double bed and it was a horrible room. I owuld nevr stay at thsi hotel agian nor would I ever recommend Country Suites to anyone.”

“Older facility, but well-maintained, within a mile of most attractions. Continental breakfast is adequate. Furnishings and beds are clean and satisfactory. Room is small. Staff does a good job.Not a first choice.”

“Is an ok place for families with children, playground and pool and close to area attractions, but not good for older childless couples. Was too noisy and the rooms are very out-dated and not too clean.”

“We walked into the lobby, saw the outside entrances to the rooms, the clientle, and the parking lot. Hotel was run down, dirty, lobby smelled musty and old. We did not even stay the night. Lost the money on our reservation, but decided our safety was more important. ”

“The hotel was clean, the rooms are very small but you can pay 10 for a one bedroom suite and you can pay 20 extra for a two bedroom suite. The place was clean, and the free breakfast was a nice plus. It is hard to get to the hotel, you see if from 30 but you have to take a little side road to get to it. They offer a shuttle to anywhere 5 miles or less. Over all it was a nice stay but be prepared to pay extra.”

“After making our reservations, we called to request non-smoking rooms. Upon arrival, we were told there were none available and were put in smoking rooms. The carpet in one room was soaking wet. The bathroom floor was flooded. Maintenance came to look at it while we were away for the evening. Upon returning, nothing had been done. We were told there were no more rooms available. Since we could not very well go in search of another hotel at midnight on a Friday, we were forced to stay in a wet room that smelled like a damp ashtray. The toilet ran all night. When we turned the faucet on in the kitchenette sink, water ran out from under the cabinet. Upon inspection, we found the pipes were not even connected.”

“Definitely not 2 1/2 plus star hotel. Rooms were very small. Sofa and kitchen were really old and not very clean looking.”

“My stay at the Country Suites Arlington in Arlington, TX was not what I had expected, I was very disappointed. Our rooms were not clean at all and there was loud noise all night below us. I tried to call the front desk to report this and could get no answer. There were mouse traps in plain view and where a child could be hurt by them. I will never stay there again.”

“This hotel was good and the small contact I had with the staff was excellent. I had made a mistake on my reservation and they corrected it without any problem. The location was fine for the event I was visiting.”
