• The location is near the fair grounds.
• Vent was noisy all night long in room.

“Upon entering, there was a noticeable loud racket coming from the bathroom. There was something wrong with the ventilation system that needed fixing. When I mentioned this to desk staff: I was told this had been going on for a long time. This hotel also does not have a phone number listed with information, the 800 number for Holiday Inn/Express, or even nearby Holiday Inn Expresses and Holiday Inns in Casper/Cheyenne areas. This was very unusual and makes us wonder if it is still a Holiday Inn Express. There is no discount for race car drivers driving at the local motor sports park like all the other hotels in area (which were full). Breakfast bar is not well stocked. We went back a total of six times to stand in line to try to get some eggs which were out each time we got to the egg area. Bacon was out most the time as well as biscuits and gravy. Coffee was out over and over. This was over a two hour period. I did like that the hotel was walking distance to the fair grounds, a couple restaurants and fast food places and a nice walk to downtown area (which after driving for so long is great!).”

“Holiday Inn Express Hotels excel at being reasonably priced with great locations and comfortable rooms. It is the whole package that is good. Their breakfasts are above average the their cinnamon roles are excellent!”

• It was clean and new.
• Construction in out front made it hard to get to.

“Very pleased with the hotel. Hot breakfast in the morning was free and very good. I'd stay here again in a Heartbeat.”

• Very clean and comfortable bed.
• Road construction out front.

“Perfect hotel for business traveler, easy access to freeway and restaurants. Rooms were spacious, with good mattress and updated bedding. Bathroom was spotless and had great water pressure. Breakfast was delightful, individual cheese omelet's, cooked to perfection, cinnamon rolls were warm and mouth wateringly delicious. Friendly efficient staff.”

• It is the best hotel in the city; we have stayed here every year since it opened.
• I understand it was high season for them, but it was a complete disaster at check in.

• The bathroom decor, the hot cookies and decaf coffee always available in the lobby.
• There is nothing I did not like about the hotel.

“This is a new, beautifully decorated hotel in rural Douglas, Wyoming. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom especially was nicely decorated with a lovely light fixture, cherry wood frame around the mirror and a bent curtain rod around the tub, all of these were nice touches. The free breakfast is nice, as are the hot cookies available any time in the lobby along with freshly brewed coffee.”
