• Staff and condition of the hotel.
• Nothing.

“We stayed at this hotel for a little getaway, the staff was outstanding, hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice, breakfast was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who has occasion to be in this area.”

• Friendly staff.
• Hinges dirty. Grout missing in base in bathroom. Hair dryer holder coming off of wall.

• Good cookies and 24 hr coffee in the lobby.

“It was a nice hotel but they put through a charge of 107.99 on my credit card and then it dropped off my card after a few days this was kind of unexpected. They should have told me that they were going to do that. It took almost a week for the charges to drop off my acccount.”

• Duvet covers rather than crusty old bed spreads.
• Beds were fairly hard.

“Considering this hotel is listed as a 2 star establishment, we were very impressed. The rooms seemed to be updated and were more stylish than most in this price range. The walls seemed a bit thin as we could hear the neighbors having a normal conversation. The "hot" continental breakfast was nothing special including warm cinnamon rolls and the standard offerings. We would stay here again.”

• Safe location, and very helpful staff. Breakfast was very good.
• Had a non-smoking room, but the halls had a smoke odor, little children running in halls late at night and early morning.

• The shower was wonderful.

• Location was good, staff helpful.
• No remote for either of the two TV's in my room.

“I got a lot more than expected. I ended up with a suite. It was a non-smoking room, but sure smelled like that is a recent change. Would be nice on weekend to have later continental breakfast.”

• Not specific enough on retrogradations (beds, etc.).

“Non smoking room had a slight hint of someone smoking. Carpeting in the room was stained every where. When checking in staff member preferred to talk to some one on a two way radio about absolutely nothing instead we stood their 10 minutes. As they walked into another room to finish. Continental breakfast was excellent!”

• They upgraded my room to a King Suite because the first night the beds were incredibly hard.
• The first night the bed was too hard but they corrected it as soon as I told them.

• Good breakfast, clean room and surroundings, also gym and pool.
• There was absolutely nothing we didn't like.

“We like hotel and our stay was most enjoyable. The swimming pool and gym were kept very nice and we used it every day. We will go again.”

• Very convenient location for someone traveling out of town and not familiar with the area.

“Lots of fast food restaurants in the area. Also a Cracker Barrel nearby and that was good. For a 2 star hotel it was very good and met my expectations or exceeded them. Continental type breakfast was served with some nice choices. They had boiled eggs and low carb muffins for people that were on that type of diet. That was thoughtful. The room was clean and the bathroom a nice size. Some of the towels and floor mats were worn and could be a bit nicer. I would stay here again.”
