• Nothing really.
• First thing gave us a key to someone's room that was occupied.

“I don't recommend it at all. Giving a key to someone's room was a big mistake. Made me question security for myself being a woman.”

• Not much.
• Again quite dirty, poorly maintained.

“Holiday Inn is usually a sure bet for a decent ,clean hotel at any price. This one did not meet their standards. I am normally not one to pick at or complain about quality.”

“The pool was closed for cleaning or construction, but it was exactly what
I expected nice clean and friendly people.”

• It was close to the highway.
• The pool was down for repairs on the weekend instead of during the week.

“I was very unhappy with the room I wanted to get away do some swimming and relax when I arrived the doors were opened and there was no air conditioning in the lobby there was no elevator I had to carry the luggage up the stairs and the pool was shut down for repairs I understand that it may have needed repair but why on a weekend he only good thing I can say is that the guy at the front desk was very nice.”

• Good free breakfast.
• Very dirty bathroom, pool was under repair, dingy/dirty.

“Although the personnel were nice & the breakfast was good, there is no way that this hotel is even close (in star rating) to the Hampton Inn in Medina. The bathroom was filthy & the room was outdated & dingy.”
