• The balcony could be dressed up a bit.

• hotel looked good in the brochure misrepresention!
• dirty noisy till 3am smoky

“When we called Priceline it was to find a good clean hotel to stay on Lake George for a full week. We left on the second day with my girl in tears from lack of sleep. It was most disappointing trip in memory. I checked out after repeated requests for reasonable accommodations went unheeded.”

• The room had view of the lake.
• It's a 15 minute walk or $8 cab ride from town.

“The room was clean and it had a nice view of the lake. The only downside is that it is a 15 minute walk on a busy highway or an $8 cab ride from the village.”

• I liked it because it was lakeside, and the Lakeview room.
• I would have liked it even better if it was less expensive.

• It was on the lake.
• Bugs in room, lots of dust, slept on towel to not touch sheets.

“This is an old hotel in need of a lot of repair and deep cleaning. It does look like they are trying to do this in certain areas, however our room was not renovated yet and was far from acceptable. The floor was not vacuumed, bugs were coming in the cracks around the door, and there was a lot of spider webs and dust, especially around the window sill. I found hair on my sheet. ”

• Check in girl was rude and did not try to meet my needs.

“Just do not stay here, rooms are dirty with chipping paint and spots of spackle around. No iron or hairdryers in the room. Although there is a coffee maker, you have to buy the packs of coffee from the front desk, no safes in the room.”
