  • Close to meeting location.
  • Hard bed, housekeepers skipped my room, breakfast not that good.

“Besides the fact that the hotel was close to where my meeting was, it was not that great. The bed was hard as a rock, the room smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The housekeepers skipped my room and when I called down to get fresh towels around 7pm when I returned from my meeting, the girl at the front desk was rude. She told me that if I wanted clean towels that I would have to carry all of my dirty towels down to the front desk myself and exchange them for new ones. I told her that I was not going to do that but went down anyway to at least try to get a clean towel for the next day. She gave me 1 towel but did not want to. I was completely surprised by this lack of professionalism and wanted to tell her what I really thought, but I did not. I remained patient and friendly but let her know that I would never carry my own dirty towels down to the front desk as long as I was paying to stay there. If she really wanted me to bring them down, she would have to comp my room and pay me minimum wage just like everyone else who works there.”
