• The complimentary breakfast was very good, and the staff was extremely helpful making us feel like we were at home with mom!
• The pool was small.

“The beds were very comfortable - we slept good. The furniture is high quality and the country decor is really nice. In the lobby complimentary coffee and fresh made cookies are always waiting for taking. The pool was small, but there is also a hot tub that was hot and relaxing. The free take a book and return it to any Country Inn and Suites is an added plus to family travelers and I think it is a great way to encourage everyone to read (might even keep the kids busy a while) Absolutely wonderful hotel in all aspects!”

• The location was great.
• The staff was very unorganized.

“We stayed at the hotel for a wedding in Maumee. We planned ahead and got there early, but were greeted with about 40 hotel guests in the parking lot waiting to check in. Apparently the power was out and nobody could check in. Ordinarily this is no big deal, but we had to be ready for a wedding. They wouldn't even give us a place to change while we waited to check in. Breakfast at the hotel looked good, but after the wait in line there were no waffles or eggs left. The juice was gone too.”

• The staff, the beautiful lobby, the free breakfast. All were fantastic!
• The toilet did not flush well and it got clogged twice. Bathroom door did not shut easily. Hot tub was not working properly-jets did not agitate.

“This was a really nice place to stay. It felt like "home away from home". The rooms were clean and very pretty. The variety for breakfast was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I just wish the bathroom would have worked better.”

• It was very quiet.
• Room was not available for check in.

“Room was not available for checking at stated time . I had to take a different room that was not very acceptable and was very small and cramped. I do believe that I should have not been charged so much for this alternate accommodation I would choose a different accommodation on my next trip to this area.”

• The staff was very helpful and kind especially with the breakfast.
• I found the lobby dirty, the elevators dirty and my room was not cleaned very well.

“The staff is very helpful and that is what would make me come back. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. My carpet had mess on it and the bathroom was not cleaned very well. The breakfast was adequate, but the fruit was frozen and rather tasteless. But the staff were a pleasant change of pace.”

• The beds were softer than any other hotel I've stayed. Toilet not clean.
