• The bed was comfortable.
• The room was not as clean as I would like .

“The best thing about this hotel was the bed and front desk staff. The room was not as clean as it should be; the towels were thread bare and stained. The breakfast was Spartan. The tread mill in the exercise room was broken and there was only one other cardio option. This was more like a 2 star than the 2-1/2 it was rated.”

• Convenient to interstate highway.
• Rooms facing the busy roadway (odd numbered rooms) do hear traffic.

“This hotel is in a nice safe part of town. It has easy access to the interstate highway. Other than slight traffic noise everything is quiet. The rooms are up to date, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. I would stay here again.”

• Very friendly and the staff did everything it could to make us comfortable.
• Our room was way too hot.

“Very clean, neat, very accommodating staff which helped with all our questions, we felt very comfortable and the hotel was very easy to find and a great location for our visit.”

• The staff was very pleasant, apologetic about overbooking and upgrading our room to a king suite.
• There was a lot of smoking in the non smoking rooms.

“Very pleasant staff, apologizing about overbooking, wondering if we minded being upgraded to a king suite. We were more than happy to oblige. Our first non-smoking room smelled of smoke, but they very quickly moved us to a different room. The pool area was very clean, the gym's weight lifting equipment was not functioning, but you could show your key at the world gym next door, and go for free. The weekend hours for breakfast are nice, till 10:30, but at 10:10, there was not much to pick from. Good location, just off 271, perfect for us.”

• The night clerk changed me to a non-smoking room.
• I wasn't there long enough to find anything wrong.

“I thought the room was the highlight. But for regular itinerant business travelers. Not for execs. The shower was nice and hot. The room had plenty of space for a single traveler. They seemed nice enough there.”

• Only one restaurant in the area.

• Needed more pillows and close to highway.

• Fresh baked cookies were wonderful.
• Rooms not thoroughly cleaned.

“My first impressions were that the rooms had not been well cleaned. We booked two rooms, first room had bedspread missing. Second room had a part of a toothpaste tube in the toilet, and mirrors were dirty. Not good.”

• The Jacuzzi in the room was really nice.
• The customer service and the hotel manager.

“I wish I could give this hotel a good review because it was a nice hotel however upon arrival I was told that the upgrade price amount I was given over the phone 2 days prior was not valid because it was to low of a price and that they would be losing money, basically I was being called a liar over and over again. The next morning I went down to the lobby to make sure we were all set and I was told we were. I thought then that everything was okay until we went to check out and I was being charged well over what was agreed upon. Back to the front desk I went and after about another 45 minutes to an hour I was finally able to check out. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone nor would I ever go there again. I called the corporate office to file a complaint and be compensated for this. Even though their staff was rude and the problem. Another reason why I would never stay at a Country Inn and Suites - they do not care about guest satisfaction. I truly felt I should have been compensated for something.”

“On arriving, the desk clerk could not have been more helpful. Great asset and buffer for the hotel. Sadie immediately gave us a room with two beds (they were available) and made us feel very welcome and comfortable for 4 days.”

• The staff were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful with suggestions on where to go, what to see and how to get there the easiest way.
• The housekeeping crew was slow. Forgot to supply us with fresh towels and other necessary items.

“Basically a good all around hotel. We did enjoy our stay there in spite of the housekeeping crew's lackluster performance. The rooms were very clean, it was supplies they were not so good with. Front desk staff were fun and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.”
