• Very reasonable quality and price for the area, they accommodate Priceline reservation very well.
• Nothing.

• The staff was the best ever!

“I have stayed at numerous hotels in the past. This one has become my favorite. The lobby is absolutely beautiful with its double curved stairway. We stayed in a standard room once and the second time in a suite. The standard rooms are very nice. However, the suite was awesome! Well worth the money we paid. Morning breakfast was delicious. The staff was unbelievable. They were the nicest and most friendly staff I have met. They couldn't do enough to make our stay special. They all should be commended for making our stay wonderful!”

• Free breakfast included hot items such as cheese omelets and biscuits with sausage gravy.
• Noisy heater/AC unit.

“Just a little bit tacky. Carpet was dirty in the corners; doors etc. need painting, cracks in sidewalks and parking area, outdated air conditioner. Just needs an overall sprucing up.”

• Friendly, helpful staff, particularly giving us directions to attractions in the area.
• The noise from the other renters, loud kids, talking on phone outside our door early in the A.M.

• The room was exactly what we needed, a clean and comfortable stay at a reasonable price!
• Our TV remote was broken.

“Overall, a very nice hotel. We had a late arrival after traveling and were pleased and welcomed at 11pm by the cheerful and detailed staff. Breakfast was scrumptious the next morning. I only wish the pool opened earlier in the morning before check out!”

• It's a bit hard to get to and there's not much nearby.

“We have no complaints about this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and our room was clean and comfortable. Great new towels and bedding and a very good breakfast offerings.”

• Nice breakfast.
• When I told them about the slow drain all they said was we will maintained look at it. That didn't help us any.

“only thing I can say is that they should have known about the drain if the house keeper had cleaned the tub and ran water in it because it drained very slow and by the time I did a quick shower, the water was ankle deep and I did not think a room at any price should have that. It was a very unpleasant experience.”

• It was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
• No elevator to 2nd floor.

“More than met expectations. Very easy to find with map quest directions (and visually from i70). Staff very friendly, helpful. The hotel was very clean, and the continental breakfast was perfect for our family (with 2 small children).”

• Very clean. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast.
• Parking lot could have been a lot more lit up than it was.

“My husband and I were very pleased with our stay at this Holiday Inn Express. It was very clean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. They all wore genuine smiles on their faces that didn't appear to be fake at all. They seemed to really enjoy their jobs. We were told their would be a continental breakfast served but it was much more than a continental breakfast. There was a nice selection of food. The only thing that I would recommend is that they invest in some prettier bedding but that is no big deal. The bedding was nice and clean and what I was glad to see as we were leaving is that housekeeping had some of the doors opened to the rooms that were being cleaned and all the beds were completely stripping for washing. Because I do believe that some motels don't were their comforters or bedspreads each time so it was nice to know that this one does.”

• Very clean. large beds. little details were nice.
• The hot breakfast items could be better.

“We were very surprised to find such a nice hotel at a great price in this area. The room had just the right little details like soft and firm pillows (with Labels!) and a King size bed. the location was convenient and safe.”

• Clean.
• Repair man banging on pipes near room 8:30 Sunday morning.

“When we arrived back to our room after a late night at the casino, we would like to have had ice, and the ice machine near our room was not working. Early the next morning, on a Sunday, at 8:30, we were awakened by hammering on pipes right outside our hall door, by repairman.”

• The pool is not minor children friendly. Water level way to high.

“The hotel is conveniently located right off of I-76 and it is one exit away from a shopping area so this was nice. The hotel is very clean and the staff is extremely nice.”
