• Location to civic center.
• No hot water, cold shower! Small cramped rooms.

“Very small rooms for cost, absolutely no hot water for any of my family to shower. My small children spent the next day without a bath due to freezing water. No "sorry" or discounts given. .”

• Location of TV and it was a little small.

“Nice and clean. Rooms are not huge, but a nice clean comfortable place to stay. The hotel staff was awesome, very very friendly at check in and check out.”

“I had stayed in this hotel several times when it was fairly new, from around 1998-2001. It used to be clean and a decent enough place to stay, despite the location in an industrial area. Then I stayed there again in June 2006. Unfortunately things have changed. The room I stayed in had nasty stains on the carpet, bed, chair, walls, and window seat cushion. However, the worst thing was the bathroom. The sink was dirty, with stuff encrusted on it and a hair in it. Then I lifted up the toilet lid and there were drops of blood on the seat! It was late at night when I arrived, so rather than alerting management and having to wait for someone to clean it, I just used some antibacterial hand sanitizer and tissues to wipe everything down. I'm disappointed that the place has deteriorated so much. The price is cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for. I won't be back.”
