“Nice hotel, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff is a different story, had my name forged on bar receipts and nobody was willing to help or admit it was a problem. Finally, had to speak with corporate to get it straitened out. Manager of hotel is a load, rude, and condescending. Televisions should be upgraded, very old sets.”

“ The drive up to the hotel is beautiful. It has lovely scenery. The room itself is great, comfortable beds and spacious. The downfall, a old TV, and the creams, shampoo smelled bad. They are missing the little touches. No robes. That aside I would still stay here in a heartbeat. Also the pool on the edges of the stone it appears to be green, which I am not sure is mold- I think it would be best if they scrubbed the area. The staff was especially welcoming and fulfilled all my requests. The only other issue was the internet. I have never seen a good hotel charge so much for the internet per day, and charge in the business center. Normally one is free or both. Between that and a few other things we normally are not charged for was not free- I felt a bit nickle and dimmed. I would not have been happy had I paid full price for the room. ”

“I really enjoyed the hotel, was the perfect room and comfort having just flown for two hours and driven for two more hours at night. Staff was friendly and the room was modern and clean. No complaints.”

“This hotel did not meet my expectations of a Hyatt Regency. The hotel either needs to be upgraded or closed (I have a feeling Hyatt will do the latter). The building was kind of grungy and the public area furniture looked worn and stained (the chairs in the restaurant were filthy and rickety). The hot tub I was looking forward to using after a long drive was kept at only 88 degrees, so I ended up taking a bath in the shallow tub in my room. There was no answer at room service. The restaurant staff was friendly, but a habit of yelling across the room to each other when they needed something. The food was passable. I had to go to 6 different floors to get ice (the ice-maker on the smoker's floor worked. My room was fine, though it had a 10 year old TV and the in-room check out didn't work on it. For the price I paid, I was fine, but it may as well have been a low end motel.”

“Excellent property with helpful staff. Needs maintenance and additional supervision of staff to ensure that rooms are indeed ready for arriving guests. We arrived at 2 AM and the room assigned to us had not been cleaned. An alternate assignment was satisfactory. I visited 5 floors in search of a functional ice machine before finding one on the 3rd floor. My room was on the 8th floor.”

“Second floor rooms are noisy, and they sell them to low-fare bidders. Even after complaining, they would say all rooms were sold out. Sorry can't help much.”

“Wee stayed here to attend a wedding. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and loved the water pressure from the shower. Overall, a very nice and pleasant hotel stay and couldn't beat the price we got on Priceline!”

“I'll just leave it at the fact that there were BUGS in the room and bath room.”

“My only complaint is that I had booked a room with two double beds. When I checked in I found out that now I was in a room with a single king size bed. They did nothing to try to move me to the proper room and gave me no explanation. It wasn't a tragedy, but irritating.”

“This hotel is good if you are on a business trip in that particular area. The room quality was poor but good value for the price.”

“We called for wash cloths and hand towels, since the room had none. 2 hours later I had to call again, and they were then brought up in 10 minutes. We asked for non-smoking, and the entire hallway smelled of smoke.”
