  • Very nice lobby/lounge area.
  • Room was changed without notice.

“My only complaint is that I had booked a room with two double beds. When I checked in I found out that now I was in a room with a single king size bed. They did nothing to try to move me to the proper room and gave me no explanation. It wasn't a tragedy, but irritating.”

  • Beautiful exterior and ground floor.
  • Hallway smelled of smoke.

“We called for wash cloths and hand towels, since the room had none. 2 hours later I had to call again, and they were then brought up in 10 minutes. We asked for non-smoking, and the entire hallway smelled of smoke.”

  • No help with luggage at check in, small rooms, old TV, poor TV picture and number of channels.

“Minuses: No help with luggage at check in (I am staying for one month and I had a lot of luggage), very small room, near ice and vending (noisy), old TV with poor picture and a few number of channels. (No movie channels) I had to ask for a refrigerator, staff brought it in. No free WiFi, you have to pay about $13 per day for internet! At times, night shift doesn't answer the phone (Around 1:30 AM on 2/4/09 I tried at least 10 times to call to get a wake up call until finally a staff member answered) Pluses: Clean building and room, friendly staff.”

“The hotel was convenient, clean, beautifully decorated. We had a problem renting movies for both nights so the management gave us free breakfast for both days. When the movie situation was fixed by the hotel staff we were also given 2 free movie rentals. They were very accommodating and I would definitely recommend this hotel to all.”

“Hotel is set on a beautiful property with golf, tennis, indoor pool, on site. Staff was prompt & friendly and our rooms were clean & comfortable. Sound insulation between rooms could have been a little better as we could hear conversations from the room next door, but this was a minor problem.”
