  • I liked the pool and the way the front outside of the hotel looked like.
  • I didnt like the maid staff. We were out for like 2 hours and when we came back they wanted to clean but we said no because we were back.

“Beware of this place, the staff is, God, awful and they will do nothing besides check you in. We had our wedding and were directed to the hotel by our catering hall (who I chose not to blame because they did a terrific job with everything else). To start the evening of the rehearsal dinner, they did not give any of our guests their out of town bags as they checked in. The itinerary and directions were in the bags so we spent most of the day/evening taking phone calls of where to be when and how to get there, as if we did not have enough to do. They did not have the room available. Next on the day of the wedding they assured us that they would move our bags to the bridal suite, well sure enough at 2 pm they still had not moved anything. They also were suppose to bring our cooler form the after party down to the conference room and ice it down, but as you may expect it never happened. Long story short me and my grooms men where in tuxedos icing down a cooler and moving all of the stuff to the conference room. As if they had not dropped the ball, already. When we arrived at the hotel after the wedding we learned that they had given away the rooms for two members of our bridal party. To compensate us for all of these hassles they offered us a free night in the bridal suite, as if I want to spend another night in this hotel. Bottom line is, the sale manager still has not returned my phone calls, and his lackey Yadie is useless. Whatever you do not use this hotel if you expect anything from the staff.”

  • Nice dining facilities. Very nice bedding - pillows marked with level of firmness.
  • The first room they put us in smelled like vomit. We complained and they found us another one. However, it apparently was the only other one left.

“Except for the fact that the first room smelled like vomit (they said it had recently been renovated), it was nice. However, if they didn't have another room, I would have found other accommodations and complained to management. With that exception, I would probably stay there again. The price was hard to beat in that area. Once other concern was that they warned that cars had been vandalized in their parking lot. That is a turn off.”

  • I loved the recreation area.
  • The staff was not very helpful and did not meet a majority of my needs.

  • New hotel, clean, nice breakfast area.
  • Real close to long island x-way, noisy.

“New hotel, clean, nice sized rooms. Good breakfast area, modern. Convenient to businesses and the highway, unfortunately it's right on the edge of the long island expressway, so convenient but a little noisy. L I traffic wakes up early before 5am and you do hear it. Didn't understand that the room was pre-paid. I had to confirm w/ a manager that I wasn't going to get billed twice for the room.”
