• Location.
• Charged me blouse price for cleaning a shirt, limited ice from machine.

“I was very disappointed that I was charged the blouse price for having a shirt dry cleaned. I was also disappointed that I could only get a limited amount of ice from the vending machine.”

• The free continental breakfast.
• The lack seating at the dinning area.

“My stay at the La Quinta was enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to any one that is planning on making any sort of trip to the McAllen area.”

• The room was very clean.
• Water pressure.

“The only thing that I did not like was the fact that the shower head was about to break so as soon as I tried to move it it finished breaking I had to take a shower holding the thing in one hand, there was not enough hot water and the water pressure was so low that it was not funny.”

• Location, location, location. Close to everything, clean, friendly helpful staff, great complimentary breakfast, large hotel room with desk.
• Wireless internet, no workable signal in room where air conditioner was impossible until sweated all night.

“Really great attitude among employees, attentive, friendly and very helpful. The hotel maintenance man did fix the problem with air conditioner. Lost sleep that night. After that everything was great.”

• Having to climb stairs. Elevators were inconvenient.

• It surprised me, after past disappointments with all.

• Not much of a selection for continental breakfast.

“Decent hotel. The room was clean although one day housekeeping did not return to clean the room when we asked them to wait.”

• Cleanliness, location and continental breakfast. The price was good.
• Toilet was not securely sealed to floor. Water pressure while taking shower was not adequate. Remove the water saver washer!

“The location is great. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. Very good continental breakfast. Water pressure due to water saver device on shower is too low.”
