• I did not like the hotel at all. It was a waste of my money.
• Their towels need to be replace in a bad way.

“As I mention before. The hotel towels were in the worse of usage. We had to go to a local shopping center and purchase towels it was bad. Also, on one day our room was not made up. The person in charge said that the cleaning staff comes at 8:30 am and again at 11:00 at which time we had just left the room. Anyhow, I stayed five days. I am asking some credit on this staying. I would like to hear from you.”

• The front desk area of the hotel was nice.
• Their were equipment issues with the alarm clocks, lights, etc, inside the room.

“The hotel provided just the basics and the rooms appeared to be in need of a renovation. The office area and the breakfast area were very clean. I little bit of variety in the daily continental breakfast would have been appreciated. Possibly, doughnuts one morning, etc.”

• Parking layout, room furniture.

“Room a bit smelly, AC and furniture very worn out. Found TV remote inside closet. Internet service ok. Parking layout difficult to get in-out. Needs sign by hwy83 to guide customers. Check in or out ok. Parking to check in very small and narrow. I will look for some other place next time”

• The shower.
• The managers, they took advantage of us.

“It is a fraud. I went there with my family and I needed a double bed room. They did not give it to me although they had available, they said that I only paid for one bed that would accommodate 2 people. I had to pay over $200 more to get a double bed. For the money I spend I could be staying at a 4 star hotel and not this filthy hotel. ”

• Leaving.
• The manager was the worst I have ever come across.

“This hotel has absolutely no idea about customer service. They would not help one bit to make sure our stay was comfortable and pleasurable. They were unable to follow through on a single request we made, they would not even offer me a cot since they apparently had no rooms left with two beds, even though I never saw more than 20-25 cars in the parking lot in a hotel of over 100 rooms. Terrible experience all around.”

• The breakfast service, among others, was great! Never had any hotel made me waffles for breakfast!
• The parking space is small.

“I did not expect to see a couch, a small refrigerator, the microwave oven, the iron and ironing board along with the hairdryer in the room at this low rate! I was very surprised and pleased with all this comfort.”

• Dripping bathroom faucet in tub and had to ask for plug so I could take a bath.

• Close to the interstate (noise), it smell bad, old furniture.

“I don't recommend this hotel at all, the first room they gave us smelled "terrible" and as my wife said it smelled. Best description is a "flea bag" type of hotel. I don't get it since Ramada is a national brand.”
