“It at the bottom for a 3 star hotel. However, it's not as expensive as other 3 stars. You can tell its age when you can smell it when you first walk in. The carpet, decors are 80ish.”

“Two thumbs up for the Radisson Hotel in Lubbock. Three thumbs up for Priceline!”

“I was very surprised at the state of cleanliness (lack thereof) of the bathroom. There was visible soap scum on the shower walls, hair on the soap dish, and several very dirty spots on the bathroom tile. The bedroom carpet was also stained pretty badly. If not for the very clean bed linens and ever-so comfortable bed itself, I'd have taken the loss on what I'd prepaid for the hotel and moved somewhere else!”

“The hotel did not meet my expectations for hotel with this name. The tv remote didn't work upon arrival, and the bathroom was very small. Also, didn't care much for having to pay for breakfast, as even the cheapest motel has a continental breakfast.”

“We returned to our room a little after 10:00 pm on Saturday and the door was wide open. NOT unlocked but open. That was not good. We crept inside and turned the light on. When we reported it to the front desk that night AND the next morning it was met with a shoulder shrug and "yea, those doors don't always close"?! Sorry”

“I had a great time when staying here. Some friends and I were in town for a bachelor party and the hotel accommodated all of our needs. The bartender was especially helpful in getting us everything we needed to enjoy a night on the town in Lubbock.”

“A little pricey for not being very clean. The restaurant people were very friendly and gave me coffee because housekeeping did not give us any packets of coffee.”

“Overall it was a good stay. The only negative was the location was in the older side of Lubbock. The hotel was still nice and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.”

“The accommodations are very new and comfortable. The kids loved playing with the sleep number beds but thought the pool temp was a little cool. All in all a satisfying stay.”

“A broken glass light fixture in the room and less than spotless bathroom detracted from the enjoyment of the room. While the hotel is obviously non-smoking now the room had the lingering and subtle ash tray smell from years of smoking. The location is good and staff was very friendly.”

“I have always enjoyed the Radisson motel chain. Overall, it beats the best Phoenix and Tucson have in luxury motels for comfort and convenience, for I need no suites or two televisions. When a traveler says Radisson anywhere I've been, it is always responded with good choice!”

“While it has rooms that would qualify as 3, it also has rooms that don't. When I first checked in, the room could not be described as 3 star. It had no refrigerator, no microwave, and the bed was hard. My son, whom I was visiting, went with me when I went to get ice. The ice machine on the floor we were on didn't even work. My son went down to the lobby to request ice. He asked about the # beds. The desk clerk said they had plenty of rooms & would be happy to move me. Well, we got a room that had a refrigerator, a microwave, and nice beds. Even the ice machines on that floor worked. Pretty cheezy, in my mind. Not the way to do business.”
