• Not much.
• The hotel was a disappointment.

“General appearance was nothing to write home about. I requested a non smoking room and the door did have no smoking sign on it. The third floor actually smelled like stale cigarettes and the room did too. It even came with two ashtrays (kind of odd for a non smoking room). My youngest even commented that it smelled like smoke. The carpet is obviously nearing the end of its useful life, the TV reception was poor and the CRT didn't do much for us either. Bath tub drain backed up and I was standing in while I took a shower. The USA Today on the lobby counter that was there on Friday had not been changed out by the time I checked out on Sunday. This was a 3 star, but it should have been a 1.5 or 2 star at best. Okay, the water was got hot, beds were okay, and the room was quite for being next to the interstate and the breakfast was okay. The whole lodging experience just seemed to be disappointing.”

• Location and quality of hotel exceeded my expectations.
• I am a non smoker and the room reeked of cigarette smoke.

“The hotel was clean, convenient, and the staff was pleasant. The breakfast area had very comfortable seating. It too was very clean and there was a wonderful assortment of tasty breakfast foods. The hotel was quiet and the grounds around the hotel were attractive and well maintained.”

• Clean, comfortable beds, free continental breakfast.
• The pool was outside.

“This hotel would be perfect if it had an indoor pool and a Jacuzzi instead of an outdoor pool.”

• Clean - great linens - exercise room - pool, etc.
• Distance from our destination in the area.

• Bed is very comfortable. Internet access good.
• Hot water faucet not working in bathroom. When I reported it not fixed.

“Overall excellent accommodation except for poor maintenance. No hot water in bathroom sink and when I reported it, Maintenance never came to fix it during my stay.”
