• Clean, well maintained, courteous staff and only 1 block to beach and boardwalk.
• No restaurant although within walking distance to large variety of places to eat.

“The motel was very clean and close to all the attractions. The pool was heated and was great because we didn't think it would have been open this time of year (April). The room was very clean and neat with bright and cheery drapes and bedspreads. The in room coffee was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back with the kids this summer (fourth of July weekend). Looking forward to another great stay at the DaytoNA”

• The pool was clean, the rooms were always clean.
• The staff was not very friendly. The pool closed too early.

“I liked the hotel, it is only a block in a half from the board walk. The staff were not very friendly and the rooms did not have many extras (shampoo Iron/iron board), but I guess that's what you get for paying cheap. I would recommend it to someone who doesn't want to pay a lot for a room, considering the board walk is expensive enough.”
