• New sanitary policy. No comforters that are never washed.

“Very clean. My daughter and I stayed for two nights. The bed was extra comfy but I was afraid we would be cold with no comforter. The clerk gave us two clean blankets and explained the reasons for their new policy on unwashed linens. I completely agree.”

• The room was nice, breakfast was great.

“This is a great motel for a family to stay at, no loud noises or people, nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast was great. My son really enjoyed our stay.”

“We had a suite with a hot tub. The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful with hints about getting around town, and of course breakfast was good. Will stay here next time were in Branson.”

• The overall amenities were very good.
• The workmanship in renovation was less than good.

“The physical appearance of the hotel was good and it was clean. Even though we signed up for eco friendly choice (reuse of towels) they were changed daily. The breakfast was upscale and the attendant very friendly.”

• Quiet, good continental breakfast, knowlegeable staff.

“This was a very nice motel, off of the busy strip but near enough to be quite handy. We had a paid stay at the Radisson later in the week and enjoyed the stay at the Holiday Inn much better.”
