• I liked the location to Progressive Field.
• Rooms looked old and the air conditioning unit was not very good.

“I played the National Anthem on Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at Progressive Field in Cleveland, OH for the Cleveland Indians. The hotel was convenient for this purpose. The breakfast area was nice but we weren't very impressed with the offerings. I have stayed at other Comfort Inn hotels that offered a much better breakfast. Slept well. AC unit wasn't very good. Bathroom was old and small. Rooms looked old.”

• Needs to be cleaner - elevators flooring especially.

• It has a very good location. Was clean, and quiet.
• The room was dated and needed some minor repairs.

“Rooms were clean however needed some minor repairs, the security lock on the door was missing, the towel rack in the bathroom fell off. Select comfort beds were nice. Over all the room was clean and quiet. Room was just a little tired and dated.”

• Forgot my wake-up call, noisy.

“Good location. Very noisy. Relatively clean. I can't believe they forgot my wake-up call - that's pretty basic for a hotel. When I let them know about forgetting me, the manager was less than caring. I was furious - we left late the next day for our travels!”

• Friendly helpful staff.
• Tub was not clean, only one cup of ground coffee in room for our pot for two people.

• Didnt get breakfast free. Parking lots needs more lighting.

• The location was great. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Sleep number beds.
• Pool was very small. Hallways and elevators were not air conditioned on 90 degree days.

“I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson in Branson. Overall, the hotel was very nice. The concierge was very helpful. The rooms were nice. The sleep number beds were very comfortable. However, they were very proud to provide down comforters, which were not really necessary in the middle of a Midwest summer. If not using the comforter, the lighter blankets were kind of grungy looking. The biggest disappointment was the small pool. Also, I have never stayed in a hotel that did not air condition the hallways and elevators. It was very hot and muggy when I was there, and you were sweaty by the time you got off the elevator.”

• Rooms were spacious.
• Elevator shafts not air conditioned making elevator trips unpleasant.

“Hotel was conveniently located but parking lot is sloped making trips between car and hotel difficult. Also, no ramp to wheel luggage if parked in back of hotel. Hotel appears to cater more to families with children than couples or business travelers.”

• The location was probably the only thing good about it.
• Very dirty, plumbing poor, staff was not helpful, not AC in hallways.

“It was extremely dirty, staff was not helpful or pleasant. Hallway didn't have any AC. Elevator kept getting stuck and hotel staff said 'well that happens all the time'. Try telling your children that when they are freaking out.”

• The room was nice.
• The desk staff was rude.

“The room was nice, the maintenance man was nice and the bartender was awesome. I was not impressed with the desk staff, three separate employees were rude, rolled their eyes and used a sarcastic tone of voice. Also when I was checking out I looked under the bed to make sure I didn't forget to pack anything and I found a strange pair of men's briefs. No men were staying in our room. We had three fire alarms in one day, they did a great job at getting everyone out but the last one was a false alarm.”

“We stayed at the Radisson because it was one of two three star hotels in Branson. The room had an odd smell and the sleep number bed is nothing more than a cheap air mattress that wasn't comfortable at all. The room and service did not live up to the level it should.”

• The location was conveniently located to in Branson to make the trip expeditiously to Silver Dollar City.
• The swimming pool bottom cut my grandson's foot.

“I would not stay at this hotel again unless significant upgrades to the property were made. One of the two air conditioners did not work making the room difficult to cool. The furniture in the room was tattered and torn. The bathroom was quite small and the shower/tub did not drain quickly. One of the Sleep Number beds could not be adjusted. The curtains over the one working air conditioners blocked the cooling ducts until I tied them up. The decor of the room was unpleasantly brown and dark. There were electric plug-in strips at two of the sockets and, while convenient, they were not secured to the wall or nightstand nor hidden nicely from view.”

• The room was a nice size and quiet.
• Many struggles: getting towels, front desk unavailable, pool being was too small and closed for much of our stay.

“It was a decent hotel but I expected more from a 3 star Radisson. We could have stayed at a number of hotels in the area and been better off.”

• Adult only pool hours Midnight to 2 am.
• Bugs, broken sleep number bed, dirty, rude staff.

“There were bugs, a thick layer of dust, and my sleep number bed was broken. After complaining to the desk I didn't even get an apology, an offer of a change of room, or anything. Good location though.”

• Not much.
• The hotel room was not clean, hotel location was inconvenient.

“The room overall was not clean. We also found bugs in our room. Radisson may be a 3-star chain, but this was not a 3-star hotel. The front desk was not helpful. It was just a below-average experience all around.”

“Pros: Sleep number beds Nice view - we were on 6th floor Location - Right on 76th st where the action is Good décor Excellent housekeeping. Lightning fast response to front desk requests Cons: Concierge service was not helpful or friendly Hall ways are not well ventilated and are too hot Pool is to tiny and too shallow - about 3 ft max.”
