“Everyone was very nice. I gave mostly 9's, but, for the 2.5 rating, it was just as expected. I had no problems and would stay there again.”

• Mattress.
• Found a used condom in the floor.

“Other than the condom it was great. When asked if they could remove it. The lady at the front desk said she was the only ones working but would go do it if I so desired.”

• Clean. Satisfying continental plus breakfast.
• Rooms on front of the hotel face the Interstate highway.

“No complaints with hotel accommodations. The suite arrangement permitted us to put our child to bed and still read, enjoy TV in the separate entry room and use bath without disturbing child. Rooms on the back side of the hotel might be quieter. Rooms on the front get moderate noise from the highway.”

• A little tired, could use some updating.

“Front side of hotel overlook I85, so while this is a convenient location, there was loud traffic all night long, and not very restful.”

• Staff was amazing! Protein at breakfast was on par!
• Paid wired internet access.

“I felt at home the minute I saw the front door. I loved the cookies, coffee, and apples that welcomed our visit. The book borrowing service was creative and the staff was so warm. I wish they were my family.”

• No wireless internet, in fact no internet access in room.

“Hotel is ok but I can not accept a 2.5 star rating for a hotel with no internet in the room, wireless or otherwise. ”

• I lost my wallet with my credit cards and with $ 200.00 cash in it on Friday night. Monday back home, they called to let me know they found it.
• No indoor pool.

“I like this hotel because it felt so cozy. Very clean. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Mostly they have honest people work there.”

• Two televisions - one in the bedroom and one in the area w/ the sofa.
• Nothing.

“This was by far the most superior value for the money. Great location (right off the interstate), a fantastic breakfast and the sofa area closed with a door so that someone could sleep while the others used the desk and watched TV. Two TV's meant that we could watch two different shows. The motel is also laid out so that you do not have to walk your legs off getting from one spot to the other. (Very small outdoor pool, though, for folks for whom that is a requirement - just enough to dip into and cool off.) We would definitely stay here again!”

• Service was uncommonly good - addressed by name!
• Provide tops for coffee cups (or perhaps a travel mug) for travelers.

“For the traveler going through Burlington, this hotel is as good as it gets. Excellent breakfast (Belgian waffles - yummy!), above average service (I was addressed by name throughout my stay), clean and relatively quiet (even with a wedding party next door). Facilities include business office w/internet connection.”

• big rooms, convenient to highway and stores, available breakfast
• pool could have been a little cleaner. quality of breakfast was just okay.

“Very decent hotel with very nice sized rooms. it was very comfortable for our family with kids. we would stay there again en route to our destination. we were more comfortable here than in a higher rated hotel than we stayed in a few days later.”

• this hotel charged me with a blanket on my credit card they accused me of taking, which I never did

“I travel for a living and this hotel's fraudulent charge to my visa after I left is a harassment that reduces the pleasure of day to day living. they said the rooms are inspected before and after guests check-in and the room had a blanket. it was a hot night so I do not remember. I am not in the practice on inventorying a hotel's linens. I was practically called a liar by this hotel's manager. I do not feel I should have treated so poorly.”

• Both of the night staff were EXTREMELY courteous. They allowed me in the breakfast area for a late night cup of tea for my wife.
• Breakfast was a LITTLE skimpy. They DID have fresh, hot waffles though.

“This hotel has spacious suites that would be a good value at the advertised price, but that were an exceptional value at the price I paid. Service was above average at check-in, breakfast, and check-out. While not a luxury hotel, we were made to feel quite comfortable. I would definitely stay at this chain again without reservation.”
