• 3 rooms before 1 was clean.

• The bedding disgusting with yellow stains on both of the rooms we were given.

“The hotel staff was very accomidating, however the rooms were a severe disapointment and ruined our week-end trip.”

• Lots of good parking.
• Needed bigger towels in bathroom.

“The room was clean, staff was helpful with directions we needed. We decided to stay one more night and had no problem with that. Muffins were good in the morning brunch.”

• The room was nice and the bed comfortable.
• There was a bit of remnant smoke in the air.

“The hotel was convenient for my trip and the room was nicer than I had anticipated. The only negative I would say was that I felt there was a bit of remnant smoke or something in the air. I would stay there again.”

• I liked the location. It was right off a main highway.
• Room was much smaller than I expected.

“I stayed at another Microtel in CT. Bigger rooms, better continental breakfast. Eating area did not have enough tables and chairs. The staff at the PA one was nice.”

• It was clean and very nice. The staff helped us when we were lost. They were great!
• Hair in the bathtub.

“My husband and I have recently been frequent hotel guests. Once again, there was hair in the bath tub. This alone makes me want to walk out and never stay again. If you could fix that...Wow..nice hotel..with a great staff.”

• It was relatively inexpensive and clean.
• Carpet were not very clean, there was mud up and down the hallways. The dining/breakfast buffet area was not well organized.

“This is a no-frills hotel chain for people who only expect the most spartan accommodations. If you're not going to spend a lot of time in your room it probably doesn't matter anyway.”

• The bench seat at the window was nice. The mirror wall above the bed was interesting.
• We would have perferred a King-size bed rather than 2 queens. We requested a non-smoking room and was given the handicap room.

• Arranged a room close to elevator as requested.
• Last day we returned early and room not made up, but they wanted to come in but we declined, not needed.

“We have happily stayed here three times and have been berry satisfied each time. Rooms large and clean, staff friendly and helpful.”
