• I liked the location. It was right off a main highway.
• Room was much smaller than I expected.

“I stayed at another Microtel in CT. Bigger rooms, better continental breakfast. Eating area did not have enough tables and chairs. The staff at the PA one was nice.”

• Arranged a room close to elevator as requested.
• Last day we returned early and room not made up, but they wanted to come in but we declined, not needed.

“We have happily stayed here three times and have been berry satisfied each time. Rooms large and clean, staff friendly and helpful.”

• Non Smoking Room smelled like smoke.

• Value / Quality of room. Free internet and long distance.
• Continental Breakfast.

“The staff of this hotel were exceptionally efficient and friendly. The room was nicely appointed with two queen beds that were of average comfort and a window seat for afternoon naps. The free unlimited local and long distance calls and high-speed internet were an incredible value-add for us. Housekeeping was always there, no matter what time of day we left our room, we came back to it sparkling.”

• Desk clerk was very helpful, and they had free long distant phone calling!
• No reading lamps in the room, and they wouldn't give us one from the lobby

“Except for the reading lamp fiasco, the hotel was fine for the price. Definitely not the waldorf, but they had plenty of extra pillows and towels, and the free long distance phone calls were a real plus, especially since I didn't have a computer with me!”
