  • Location was good.
  • Poorly maintained.

“When I checked in, they told me the elevator was out of order, and I had to use one in the back section of the hotel. Then I discovered they had broken pipes and no hot water for hours. Then I discovered the ice machine on my floor was out of order. This is unacceptable for any hotel.”

  • The pool, exercise facility and refrigerator.
  • The room did not seem particularly clean, rugs dirty.

“It suited our purposes for a relatively decent price. The refrigerator, pool and exercise facility were a plus.”

  • The staff is very accommodating and friendly.
  • Not very close to the airport and any shops or restaurants within walking distance.

“This hotel is more like an upscale Holiday Inn rather than a flagship Radisson hotel, including the rooms. The room I stayed in did have a select comfort bed which was nice though. The restaurant was good, and the courtesy shuttle to/from the airport was a big plus. However, the hotel is not that close to the airport, and there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance.”

  • Staff followed me to lot to give me forgotten charger.
  • Closet was too small for ironing board, but I was in handicapped room.

“The hotel was very satisfactory for a lone business traveler. Restaurant average at breakfast. Staff was very helpful. I was put in a handicap access room on the first floor, that was fine, but I would have preferred a regular room, I did not request a change.”

  • Clean, quiet.
  • A little far from my destination.

“It was overall satisfactory. Nice, clean and quiet. And the staff was so friendly. Also we had fun with the bed which you can make firm or soft. The only thing that I didn't like much was the location.”

  • Location to right.
  • Did not have complementary coffee in lobby, front desk staff acted surprised when I asked if available.

“The hotel was good. The rooms were nice. Sleep number beds which were lumpy and disappointing. Our room was on the 4th floor and down two very long hallways. To enter or exit the hotel you had to use the main lobby so every time you ran back to the room it took 20 minutes. The fire exits should be equipped with room card readers so guests can easily access their rooms.”

  • It was convenient - but there was a blood stain in my bed!! And, the bathroom wasn't really that clean. And, a bottle of cleaning solution was left.

  • The location was great.
  • Maid service was poor and the front desk staff was not very friendly.

“While it is a three star hotel, the feel was more like that of a two star motel. The maids were in a hurry to get in and out of the rooms and I did notice mold under the bathroom sink. The overall cleanliness of the room was substandard.”

  • Price was good; parking plentiful.
  • Sleep number beds are overrated.

“Have stayed in this hotel before. King bed takes up less space and makes a nicer room than two queens. This room was nice, but not as nice as the one I had previously. Floor could have used a better vacuum job, and the shower, while clean, was pathetic. It was like bathing under a hose. There was just one huge stream of water, no spray at all.”

“Services are good, the ambient atmosphere, and the pool. Its nice but you can't get a veggie burger! And the approach is little long inside especially for the ones who are traveling from or to Niagara.”

  • Room had sleep number bed, which I didn't expect.
  • Part of parking lot needs to be repaved.

“Room was better than I expected. Had a Sleep Number bed, which I didn't think I would get. Room was clean, had a refrigerator, microwave and is convenient to airport. Hope to stay here again.”

  • Liked the sleep number beds.
  • Bathroom fixtures needed updating, bathroom floor was extremely slippery and carpeting was wet (possibly due to a plumbing problem).

“At best it is a 2.5 to 3.0 star. It was a standard hotel not deluxe. Additionally, the wireless internet wasn't working in the hotel rooms and you had to go to the lobby to get online. This would severely inconvenience business travelers.”

  • Not a 3 star hotel.

“I would not consider this a 3 star hotel. 2, maybe 2 1/2. We checked in and were given a smoking room. To the cleaning staff's credit, the room did not smell of smoke at all. However the hallway outside reeked. My wife called the front desk and we were assigned a non-smoking room. The room we were given was a handicapped room. There were no "sleep number" beds and the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. No other non-smoking rooms were available. The front desk staff was courteous and even gave us vouchers for 2 free breakfasts in the restaurant. The cleaning staff ran hot and cold. 2 days we had good service and 2 others were bad. One day we didn't leave the room until 11 AM, and I guess the cleaning staff was done in our section. We had the "do not disturb" sign on our door, but removed it when we left. When we got back late that night (11 PM) we found a paper under our door that told us if we wanted the room cleaned by 3 PM to call. I found it funny that the staff came back by the room to slip us the note under the door, but couldn't clean our room. The hotel would also be wise to hire someone to clean up outside the front entrance. There were cigarette butts everywhere, it smelled like stale cigarette smoke, and it seemed no matter what time of day there were 3-4 people out front smoking (I know this last part is not the hotel's fault, but the entrance could use a good cleaning). We had breakfast one morning in the restaurant. The server was very nice, but inattentive. We ordered cereal for my young son. She brought the cereal, but we had to flag her down a few minutes later when the milk failed to arrive. Coffee was burnt and no refill was offered. I don't think the hotel lives up to the "Radisson" name; maybe a management change is needed.”

  • The room was lovely.
  • The lobby had a smell (from the restaurant) of cooking oil that was not appealing.

  • Despite a large guest count, corridors were quiet.
  • Door from hotel corridor to room was hanging crookedly.

“The hotel seemed to be run well and the facilities were clean. One complaint regarding facility: The door to our hotel room was not hanging straight on the hinges (lower hinge may need repair). The door's hanging crooked allowed for a small gap between the head of the door frame and the top of the door near the strike side of the jamb. In the event of fire or smoke in the corridor, smoke could leach into the guest room from the corridor (or vice versa if fire or smoke were to originate in the guest room. Despite the two complaints, we would not hesitate staying at this property again.”

  • Location, pleasant atmosphere.
  • Food.

“We unfortunately had a bad experience with the food. A fruit bowl was fermenting. My wife ordered an omelet that had a key ingredient missing. The hotel called and offered us free dinner. The replacement burger my wife had was also off. Dining the restaurant however was excellent. This hotel like other Radissons has a dial in number bed. We hate them. Could never get comfortable. Would stay here again. Staff very friendly.”
