• Triple charged me, unhelpful staff

“Check in was fine, they accommodated us and allowed us to check in early
which we were very grateful for. However, they triple charged me. Additionally, we were unable to give our daughter a bath, as only the shower worked. Also when we checked out, the attendant was not at the desk. Instead she was hanging out outside smoking. Additionally, maintenace sprayed us with a hose while we were sitting on the side of the pool with our daughter.”

• The breakfast was big and nice.
• It was small and a little expensive for the room size and they charged us 2 times!

“I would only stay here again if it was a last resort, I would stay elsewhere first.”

• I liked the really comfortable bed and the abundance of pillows.
• When I asked for a cot-bed the lady asked me to take it up because she could not.

“It is perfect for business travelers, but not somewhere I would take my wife for a romantic night away.”
