• Jacuzzi.
• Noise level, carpet was dirty, things laying around in the hall.

“I will never stay there again. We called the front desk for an extra blanket and they did not have any. We also called about the noise a 6 a.m. and nothing was done.”

• Very clean, comfortable and spacious and I am very picky.
• I have to search for any thing I did not like but it could have been cooler in the hall ways.

“I am very critical of hotels I stay in and I have to say that I had an incredible stay here. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The beds were so comfortable I did not want to leave. We had a storm come through that night and the hotel staff called and check on every room to make sure we were all okay. The complementary breakfast was great everything was fresh and well stocked.”

• Everything.
• The only thing I can think of is that the Coke machine was out of Dr. Peppers.

“Our family of four only stayed one night while traveling on vacation, but we wanted to stay longer. Wonderful, quiet, clean, and charming rooms. This will be the place we stay when in Austin from now on.”

• extremely clean large rooms
• The in room ppv did not work

“ I found out later that the reason was that there was a large convention in town that week. Very nice staff. The breakfast in the morning was abouve average. Large rooms. The overall make up of the hotel is 2.5 stars but the cleanliness is better then some 4 stars that I have stayed in.”
