• Convenient to Ralph Wilson stadium where we were going.
• Facilities are old and outdated, bathroom fixtures, tiles needed updating, room itself was adequate but gloomy.

“This hotel was ok. The wireless internet did not work in the room, which is one of the reasons I chose it. There is a business center with a computer and internet access, but I needed to work in my room and found it very annoying that I couldn't access it. The staff was not helpful to remedy the problem. Also, the fitness facilities are a joke, one rickety treadmill and elliptical like you would have at home not in a gym. The weight machine was broken and not useable. You wouldn't get much of a workout here. The continental breakfast, free and ok, but not a lot to choose from if you don't like crabs, there was bread, waffles and cereal. Also, we had a non smoking room but someone either next door or downstairs was smoking and you could smell it pretty well. I thought the price for the location and amenities was on the high side. This was my 12 year old nephew's first visit to a hotel and he asked "Is this considered a nice hotel?" He was disappointed and so was I.”

• Cleanliness was average, the tub did not drain well, and lighting was poor.
