• Friendly staff.
• Safety was awful!

“Our key did not work and the cleaning service person let us in our room! Then we went to get a new key from the front desk and they made us a new one without even asking for id! I was afraid to enter the room alone. The room was not properly put together, the curtain was coming loose and there was only one shampoo packet in the room, and the floor was sticky.”

• Good location, friendly staff.
• Filthy shower curtain, rusted metal throughout room, loose floor tiles in bathroom.

“Previous reviews of this hotel were positive; not our experience. Went for a cheaper hotel, got a cheap hotel. No coffee in room, TV reception was awful. Room had excessive wear and tear. Great location, very close to i-77.”

• Room size was great.
• The noise from the freeway.

“The hotel was good for the short time we stayed there. The breakfast left allot to be desired. It doesn't have to be fancy to be good. The fruit was old and dusty. The coffee cups were too small. The food was not fresh.”

• Very close to interstate and easy to get to.
• Was very loud this time.

• N ice rooms, friendly staff, quick check-in and out.
• Ice machine needed on each floor. Offer soapnet.com on the cable.

“Nice size room, friendly staff to help everyone that needs assistance. Continental breakfast if you choose (I wish they would keep juice machine on since I had to take some medicines). The biggest problem was the noise was from people in the room above me, that was very annoying.”

• The staff - Donna and Jodi - were like family the minute we walked in.
• Continental breakfast was not up to par with others we have had.

• Convenience and location were very good, close to restaurants. The rooms were nice size, just what we needed.
• Pillows were too soft.

• Very neat, nice full breakfast buffet.
• Could use more staff at front counter.

“Microtel is conveniently located for anything in the Canton/Akron area of Ohio and is neat as a pin. The continental breakfast is excellent, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.”
