• Staff is good.
• Location, parking and rooms.

“Bad location, it took me 20 minutes to find, staff is nice, hard to fined room also parking is not convincing and over all room are dirty.”

• Clean.
• Room was booked with 2 dbl beds. Did have 1 dbl bed.

“I booked this room with 2 dbl beds, but I the room only had 1 bed. The hotel furnished me with a roll out but I had an additional charge of 10.98.”

• Convenient location.
• Indoor spa was a huge disappointment.

“Was hard to locate when coming into town. Convenient location once we figured out where it was. Our room was looking worn. Not what I expected for the price per night charged.”

• They have three different pillows of varying softness, needless to say I found one that was perfect. And this was a welcome surprise.
• They should not allow guest to smoke in the rooms.

“I travel weekly to Keene and they permit me to keep a packed suitcase at the hotel. This is great as it reduces the amount of time I have to spend in airports by not having checked luggage. Cookies at night and a new USA Today every morning round out a very pleasant experience. ”

• Friendly staff and very clean rooms! The breakfast was great!

“The front desk staff greeted me with a friendly smile. My room was perfectly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was great and it saved me a trip to a restaurant. I will stay again if I come to Keene!”
