• The staff was extremely friendly and polite, the hotel was extremely clean as well.
• They did not have wireless internet hook up in the rooms.

• Always a fantastic experience for an economy hotel, the staff is always very helpful.

“I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now; it is very close to Raleigh and Durham, Cary and Apex too.”

• I cannot think of one single thing wrong with this hotel.

“Within minutes of my arrival at the HIE, I realized that I should have picked this hotel from the start. It was very clean, very accommodating and very comfortable. I strongly recommend this hotel.”

• Very clean.
• Not very conveniently situated.

“This is a very good hotel, but it is not easily found. Also, the web site indicated airport shuttle, but when I called, I was told this hotel was too far from the airport, so I had to hire a taxi. Probably wouldn't have stayed there because of the inconvenience.”

• Nice staff, great breakfast bar.
• Our bill at checkout did not have our current address and we're Priority Club members.
