• Openable windows.
• Room had obviously been entered by force before.

“Good for the money. Stay in the indoor opening rooms.”

• Front Desk Staff Responsive to Requests.
• Room was not cleaned.

“Our room was not cleaned by the housekeeping staff. After a very long day, we returned to find beds unmade & bathroom not cleaned - no fresh linens, etc. Upon complaining to the front desk, two employees came to our room (after 9 p.m.) to clean & make the beds. Not likely to stay in this hotel again.”

• Very good location from major highway.
• The cleanliness of the room, the smell, beds were made sloppy and handicap access was in an unsafe area of the hotel.

“This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we were displeased to find that the handicap room was more distasteful than a regular room. It was musty and unclean.”

• It was convenient to get to from the highway. Signs were easily seen from all directions. Showers and tubs were big.
• Supposedly it was newly renovated, fire alarm hanging from ceiling, tile in bathroom was peeling off wall.

“Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel and its staff for what an economy hotel.”

• The rooms were clean; staff was very friendly and helpful, quiet.
• TV remote needed new batteries. Room was too warm when we entered. Needed to open windows.

“I was very pleased with my stay at the Cortland day¿s inn. The room was clean and reasonably priced, continental breakfast was a plus. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again when back in Cortland!”
