• The rooms were extremely comfortable and it was right in the center of all the hot spots.

“The hotel was great. The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were extremely comfortable. I really enjoyed myself and so did my friends that I traveled with. Thanks so much!”

• The location was great. Smack in the middle of everything.
• People were smoking in the hall ways.Ur room was too close to elevator.

“It was comfy and close to all attractions. I try to avoid driving after a long drive. The breakfast was great - much more than a continental breakfast.”

• Good sized room, clean, comfortable and decent/convenient breakfast.
• Could possibly use an extra entrance/exit for easier access into or out of hotel into the parking lot.

• Very clean. Pleasant staff.
• Key cards needed to be recoded twice during 1night stay.

“Pleasant. Clean. Powerful Air Conditioning. Courteous staff. Call for directions, as google maps will direct you to a location 5 miles away from this hotel.”

• It was further from the main dells area than expected.

“All in all, it was a nice place to stay. There were some noisy guests, the continental breakfast had a lot to offer, but had to wait both mornings because of the amount of guests. One of the rear entrance key scanners was broken and therefore entrance could be made without a key.”

• The pool area.
• Cleanliness was poor; continental breakfast was out of food an hour before the deadline.
  

“The lighting above the mirror is very dim. The wattage needs to be increased. Housekeeping does only the minimum cleaning. No dusting. Our non-smoking room smelled very strong of smoke when we got there. It snowed heavily and we had no help in clearing out cars in the parking lot that plowed in. Attractive on the major things but lacking greatly on the small things!

• Nice family resort
• Not as nice as other resorts in the Dells area

“We went here last winter, and really enjoyed the park. It is geared towards the little ones. There's not as much for the little ones as there are at other hotels, but the upside is that it won't over intimidate the little ones. Rooms where okay, would stay here again if they had a special on the room.”
