• The view of the river was fantastic.
• Chairs were not comfortable.

“The overall hotel was neat, clean and friendly. The furnishings were of an older style, but I believe that was the motif. The location was excellent and the view of the Wisconsin river was fantastic. We were there in the winter off-season but still will recommend this to our friends.”

• Very nice view of river.
• Poor housekeeping.

“We enjoyed having a boat slip right on the upper Dells. Room service was a joke, no salt or pepper, no condiments, not even any butter for toast. The pool area is also a joke. They didn't clean our room each day, just came in, made the beds and swapped the towels. By the last day, we had to wear shoes because we were afraid to walk on the carpet! The location is awesome. That would be the only reason to come back.”

• The views of the Dells! Close proximity to everything.
• The Hotel's restaurant closed season. Rock hard pillows.

“The room was large ¿ microwave & fridge included - very clean! Bring your own pillows - Theirs are very hard (can't fluff) Get the rooms on riverside - a little more $, but worth it!”

• The hotel is on the river bend, it gives a view of upper and lower Dells.
• During the off season the restaurant Andy's is closed and there was no continental breakfast.

“The view of the Wisconsin River was perfect. The balcony room seemed as if you were sitting on the river. The room was just an average 2 queen bed, 19" TV (could be Days Inn) hotel room. What made the difference was the balcony and the river view.”
